The food was lovely and the staff were great, the only problem was that they brought my dessert out way before my main and then after me and and my friend received our mains we waited over an hour for our dessert! I asked the waiter that we haven’t received it yet and he said “its still being made” but it doesn’t take anywhere near that long for a scoop of ice cream in a cup!!

So glad the Sunday roast is back - did not disappoint! So tasty with a lovely variety of veg. Delicious cauliflower cheese - I am always on the hunt for a really good roast out and the secret may have just become one of my top spots. Would highly recommend!

We visited here last night before the Skindred concert in the Patti Pavilion and it was absolutely fantastic! We've had breakfast here once before and that was equally great too. The steak was cooked beautifully and the peppercorn sauce and chips were delicious. We both also enjoyed our puddings, which was tiramisu and my partner had the chocolate brownie. Absolutely fantastic, great drinks, and Harry was a great server, very chatty and attentive - 5 stars for him! We'll be back!

I had a fantastic experience at Secret Beach Bar & Kitchen in Swansea. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, with a great seaside vibe that makes it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my visit. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour – definitely worth trying if you enjoy quality dishes with a creative touch. Combined with the lovely views and overall ambience, this place is a real gem in Swansea. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the three eateries under the same management in Swansea, The Secret - Beach Bar & Kitchen is located on the beach and boasts wonderful views. Seating is available outside and of course, inside the eatery. There is ample parking available. On a clear summer evening sitting outside is always advisable. Once you’ve been allotted a place to sit, service is prompt. On holidays and special days, it can be very crowded so it’s advisable to be prepared to wait your turn. The food served is wholesome and the actual presentation, good. But that all depends on what you order. They offer a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. So, if you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family or friends and wish to be by the beach, there’s no better place within the city, than the Secret. Go for it.

Prime location, good service, okay, but expensive, food. Visited on a Sunday lunchtime, but wasn't feeling a roast. Menu options were starters, roast or burgers. Worth bearing in mind that this isn't advertised on their website. We shared three starters and some sides which were okay. The lamb chop was flavourful, but a bit stringy and probably the most anaemic looking lamb chop I've seen. I really don't think pomegranate and ricotta accompanyment didn't add anything to the dish.£9.50 The chicken wings were, okay, nothing to write home about. The salsa was scare. £7.00 The nachos we're good, but again, I wasn't overly impressed, especially not for how much they cost. £8.00 The sides were cauliflower cheese (£4.00), which was just cheese on cauliflower, and chips which are hard to get wrong. All in all, it was an okay meal, but significantly more expensive than I would expect for the quality of the food. It felt as though each of the dishes have been considered in order to make them as cost effective (profitable) as possible. I'd have been a lot happier had the cost been half or two thirds of the price, but maybe I'm behind these inflationary times, or maybe we should have ordered a roast on a Sunday, or maybe you're paying for the location, which is indeed, prime! As I was sat, proof reading this, immediately after paying the bill, a member of staff very politely asked us to vacate the table in 5 minutes. Unfortunately I won't be rushing back, but they were busy so I don't think they'll worry.

Just had the Welsh Breakfast, fantastic every bit of it was delicious, quality ingredients well worth the £10 price. Plate was well presented looked great and tasted great. Fresh squeezed orange juice was also lovely as was my partners Coffee. Staff were friendly. Great views of Swansea beach.

I usually only get the peach iced tea at the outdoor kiosk. So when Google kept pinging me to review it, I decided to give the restaurant a try. I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is excellent. It has a fine dining feel with only modestly more expensive prices. The staff provided excellent customer service (by British standards). And the view was spectacular. Just be aware that the outdoor sitting allows dogs. So there may be some barking. And the food? Was every bit as good as it looks in that picture. I had the Secret breakfast which was only a tenner, just three pounds or so more than you would pay at a cafe. The quality and freshness of the food was 100% worth the additional cost. I look forward to visiting again soon. Perhaps for lunch with my partner.

Wonderful atmosphere and great service when we went a couple of days before Christmas. The food was not only beautifully presented, it was all also very tasty. Also should point out the portions were very generous and well worth the money. A well deserved 5 Stars, can’t fault it.
