   I’ll always travel from Cardiff to Swansea M&C as it stands out from all the others. The quality of the food is great here!! I ordered the Chateau sharing steak from the Sunday set menu. The food was absolutely gorgeous, cooked perfectly as requested and the starter and dessert topped it off!! I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to dessert and Charlotte was brilliant, helping me choose something new to try! It really makes a difference when your server is friendly and happy to chat and get involved, and I couldn’t have wished for anyone better for tonight’s meal.

   Well I could eat here all day everyday! Had a lovely date night here on a Friday evening, promptly seated and asked about refreshments. We were given the name of the person looking after us so it was a more personal touch. Food was absolutely out of this world! As a steak fan I dont think I have ever had a better steak, cooked to perfection! The lamb was to die for also! Desserts were next and had to have the 2 person one to myself which was divine! Cheesecake was 10/10 too! Lovely atmosphere, beautiful food and dessert served to us by Charlotte. Definitely going again soon!

   Me and my partner went for our 3 year anniversary. The second we sat down we felt welcomed. We ordered and got our starters within 5 minutes of ordering, I was shocked. All the food came out so quickly and yet the quality wasn't sacrificed. I can honestly say all three courses was some of the most delicious food I've ever had. It can be expensive but I think it's definitely worth every penny! We had Sue and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the steaks when we asked her. She was great at recommending options also. She made the night feel super special for our anniversary. All in all. 100% recommended, especially for an occasion!

   It's not often I can give somewhere top marks but today was a day when I could. My very first time here after numerous recommendations and I wasn't dissapointed. We arrived promptly for our booking and were quickly seated. Our server today was Steve, a polite and attentive young man. Very knowledgeable of the menu and anything regarding our eating experience. I ordered off the lunchtime menu, to start i ordered the Sticky Chipotle Chicken and to say I was blown away is an understatement. The chicken was perfectly moist and tender, the Chipotle flavour was on the money and the chilli jam on the side was a perfect accompaniment. For mains I ordered the filet Mingon and i added the beef dripping sauce. now to put things bluntly I'd say I was being served a michellin star dish. The temperature of the meat was perfect the accompaniments were well balanced and complimented the dish exquisitely. The sauce was something I've never experienced, the levels of flavour and depth gave me pure joy. Finally for dessert I opted for a selection of ice creams and I wasn't dissapointed there either. And I can't finish without a big thank you to our chef today Danny. With skills like that I imagine awards are not unfamiliar to you. All in all a fantastic experience. I will be back sometime, hopefully to try the Wagu.

   Came for an afternoon meal with my wife on new years eve. Only booked the day before and had no issues getting a booking. Our waitress was Charlotte. Charlotte was very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great. We've been to Miller and Carter in Cardiff but not here and it didn't disappoint. Everything we had off the a la carte menu was delicious. We will be back!

   Enjoyed a wonderful 3 course set menu from this establishment today. Our waiter named Adam was polite, efficient and charming. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. We decided on early lunch and were not disappointed. Meals came in perfect order, presented beautifully and tasted amazing! Lovely hospitality venue in Swansea and I will be returning to try out other options on the menu as there is a variety. Thank you so much for a lovely meal in this setting.

   Lovely venue, easy access and the staff were really lovely. Obviously a high end venue with cost and product but we loved it there. Felt comfortable and the food was delicious. Again it I'd expensive but you do pay for what you get

   Food was exceptional. Staff diligent & polite. I have be let cold waiting on the sit above 25 minutes no one to serve,they were too busy chit-chatting. On this occasion feel like they’re not welcoming.

   Went there last night, the service was good, the lady was very nice and she made much effort to keep our son happy. But the food was terrible, our son’s Meatball Pasta was very bad, not freshly made at all, the meatball was dry and cold, my son had a stomachache & diarrhea even before we even left the restaurant. Our steak was ok, my lobster tail is very dry and unfresh, sweet potato chips were soggy. Dessert was the worst I didn’t even take a photo. We both ordered sticky toffee pudding but it came so cold and dry, feels like it’s been in the fridge for days. Not even up to supermarket food standard. That’s the worst dessert I’ve ever had. Definitely not going back again after spent £95 plus a tip. I didn’t want to leave any tip but feel bad because the service was good. The food was bad but it’s not her fault. The manager need to seriously look into the food quality if they still want anyone going back again.
