   Ordered 3 breakfasts. Mine had to be returned due to big long hair in good. Sat down to see another hair on my sons plate. We got up and left. Owner and staff knew why we left no offer of refund. To then be sick on the way home from what was eaten before the hair was noticed. Currently all 3 with bad tummys not good. Not 1 single hair net between 4 females workers that were cooking and preparing food. I highly recommend place gets relooked into.

   Awful! Ordered at 11:03am, received food just before 1pm, 1 hour late! Food was cold and had to be reheated. The sausages were not cooked enough, still pink on the inside! Toast was burnt. Burger looked nothing like their own photo on the menu! Two ladies at the cafe lied about my order being on its way! It clearly wasn’t! Delivery driver rude and grumpy! Overall terrible service.

   Absolutely shocking service. Been on site since I left school, going to a different cafe every week and this why by far the worse service I had. First waited 2.5 hours for my food (10.20-12.50) which was wrong, sent it back without paying, took them another hour (then 1.50) before I called them back at which point they said it was my fault and argued with me for 40 minutes over them getting the order wrong and taking hours somehow being my fault. Then they took till 2:55 to make the delivery. At which point the food was cold, there was 1 sausage per sandwich, the bacon was basically still raw, the sandwich was cold and had been shoved into a box too small for it. Thought “ahh well, at least they sent the black coffee this time.” Nope. Very milky tea. Absolutely vile cafe with even worse customer service. Would rather go a day without food next time. Definitely a packed lunch for the rest of the week

   Enjoyed our first visit and wanted to try it for a while but the look did make me avoid. Not disappointed though as food was lovely and not expensive. Your typical builders cafe based on the swans from the prem and promotion days. Parking was great and easy access, quick service and lovely friendly ladies in there. Bonus was a little table football (a little beaten) and kids TV on which was super helpful as we had 2 kids. Coffee was very nice too. We were allowed to have the milky coffee for no additional cost on breakfast cost. Points that could be improved are the lighting as its very dark coming from outside. The table plastic covers also peeling and collecting dirt and it wasn't the cleanest when we went. Our table and the high chair were dirty. We hope that's a one off or not regular but overall we are happy with our visit.

   Upon ordering 2 cooked breakfast on Uber eats at midday. I was glad to see they had arrived by 12.45 with priority delivery. I open the bag, there was only one breakfast present. I phoned, came across understanding, and wondered if they could possibly deliver the missing meal. They agreed. 1 hour later I had not yet received my meal. I rang again. Their response was “it’s out for delivery, the driver has been gone for ages, they can’t be too far away.” So, I sat and waited. 3 hours and 15 minutes after original order time, I rang for the 3rd time, and was told the same story. I then realise cafe Lezzete has closed at 3pm. It is now 3.45pm, and the driver has not yet arrived. I get in contact with UBER eats. Uber eats responded with; (in so many words) Cafe Lezzete hasn’t even made your second forgotten meal, and we shall be refunding you. Thankfully I got my money back. I sat and waited 3 hours for my food, watched a work colleague eat his whilst I was very VERY HUNGRY. Told my food is on its way, when it wasn’t even made in the first place. But the best of all, I was LIED TO! Why would you lie over something like this. Just say the truth. I would have been so understanding if you had said that you didn’t have the time to make another one and have it delivered. I am Very very annoyed with the customer service at Lezzete cafe. To be lied to is really disappointing. I will NEVER step foot In this cafe. Thankfully never have, and never will!

   Regretted going there this time, as service was slow and waited a long time for the food. Had to clear a couple of table as they'd been left full of plates/cups. The breakfast I ordered wasn't very good, luke warm with eggs not cooked. Think it will be breakfast elsewhere next time

   Delicious vegetarian breakfast & tea/coffee included in price. Wide menu choices, substantial potions & great value for money. A spacious cafe with a separate area with setee/comfy seats, table football and a large TV to view. Toilets on site and free parking outside venue.
