After coming home from a long trip, my family stopped here to get some food. a member by the name Sophie was very accommodating to myself and my family as I explained I had an allergy and she was very helpful to find a solution on what I could have guiding me to the allergens menu. Letting me know there’s still a chance of cross contamination, but still found a way I could fill my empty stomach after my long journey. I’ve never had high expectations for fast food restaurants but pleasantly surprised by the good service I was given!
I expected more from the Penllergaer flagship restaurant. Digital ordering screens filthy and only felt confident to use my little finger, they didn’t work so went to the counter and staff were helpful. Whopper was the worst I have ever had, tables and seating area filthy. Mop bucket next to buns in trays, not good BK.
8pm visit this time. All tables stinking as usual, staff rude and would not provide trays for eat in. I wish Tesla had chargers at another location instead of this dump.
Advertised as 10pm closing time, but was told thst they couldn't serve me as they had now closed at 7.35pm.
I was sat in here tonight at 19.30 8/02/23 with 2 young males and a female "working" but acting like a bunch of kids. Nothing but messing around and shouting that could be heard from the other side of the place. With any luck management will read this and check who was, well meant to be working anyway.
Tables were filthy,Chips ok were hot,burgers were warm,rolls soggy with water from tomato,would not go there again,staff doing nothing about cleaning the customer area and it wasn't busy so no excuses..
I would give no stars if I could! Closes at 10pm walks km at 9.15pm to be greater by 2 young boys no older than 21 go to order food to be told sorry we not taking orders it was quiet so we have started cleaning and shouting everything down, to which I replied well I'm a customer you're open and I would like to place a larger order ( we have friends visiting ) then a young girl comes in walks in front of me and says " hurry up boys we going to be late " I then say I want to place an order are you going to serve me or not? To which they say no we have cleaned everything now and told me to complain to head office if I want. Little aholes to say the least! Nothing bad bad reviews you hear about this place.
The eating area was so filthy that we took our food to the car to eat. We were the only ones there so the staff weren’t at all busy. None of the tables were clean and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. Absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t take 5 minutes to wipe a table so I can only think that the staff are lazy. They are obviously young with no supervision and doing as little as possible. Food was nice having said all of that.
