   Just called in at 09.10 to be told ‘we have no breads’ so we asked how long it would be to finish baking and we were told 1 hour. How is this if it’s meant to open at 8am. A sandwich was being made and we were told this is the only bread they had. Laughable. As a business, you lost 2 customers because you were not prepared???

   Hygiene is a major concern here. Each visit I’ve had I’ve noticed something different which is worrying. Last time I saw one of the staff sneezing on the bread and just carrying on like it was nothing! Been to a lot of subway franchises, this is definitely up there with the most dodgy. Avoid at all costs.

   Worst service I've ever had from any customer service focussed business. They clearly dont speak speak a word of english, they didn't understand any of the order, breads, what type of meat, which salads/sauces. They put 3 meatballs on my footlong, had to ask for 1 or 2 more, with zero sauce. shouldve been tipped off by the faces of the people in front of me who were fuming with them trying to complain and getting no response back from any of the people working there. This place should be closed down immediately!

   Extremely poor customer service, the lady who I assume is the owner has no manners and is down right rude. Three times i have been there now, hours before closing time and they never have meatballs, surely if they are that popular you would ensure you have more and not sell out at lunchtime. Avoid at all costs as they so not deserve your custom. RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!
