10 for a sandwich is getting out of hand. The server (blonde, eastern European, young) very rude and was cross contaminating everything. Sticking her gloves in ham and salami and then into lettuce and then into the veggie patties. It's not hard to make someone a sandwich and smile and charge a reasonable amount.
Ordered 2 foot long meal deals, mine was right, for my partners they sent a ham footlong LITERALLY JUST HAM? Instead of a meatball marinara, his cheesy bread side was awful too, 9 months pregnant and wanted to treat him to a subway and I fully sat there and cried because they had messed his up. How do you mix up meatball marinara and ham?? Be so fr, just seems like end of day laziness to me
I had an appalling experience at this Subway location. A female staff member — blondish hair, wearing a black zip-up hoodie, with an Eastern European accent — displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behaviour. While I was outside cleaning my shoes before entering, she abruptly came out of the store and aggressively denied me entry, despite the fact that I was clearly taking care to ensure I didn’t track in any dirt. Her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, her own colleagues later apologised to me for her behaviour — which says everything. It quickly became clear she had no authority to refuse entry, and when she realised that, she attempted to intimidate even her coworker who spoke up to me politely. This kind of conduct is disgraceful and reflects terribly on Subway as a brand. It’s not just me — I’ve since seen other reviews describing this same woman and her unacceptable attitude. Subway management must take immediate action. Someone with that level of hostility and disrespect toward customers and colleagues alike should not be representing the company.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff didn’t even ask which sauces I wanted and packed my sub without any sauce at all. The sandwich was poorly assembled (see photo) and didn’t look appetizing and tricky to eat. I expect better attention to detail and customer service from Subway. I had to ask specifically for them to change gloves, I think staff needs some proper training.
We go to subway nearly thrice a month.. today of all day we have YOGI ( served us ) she was very kind, professional and friendly. There is a man who’s over the weekend ( duty manager ) He is quite good as well. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommend..
Hidden away almost behind the Travel Lodge, the Subway is within the Burger King with no real external signage to highlight its existence. The restaurant virtually empty. While the staff were very helpful and efficient I always feel you never really get value for money in Subway and the slightly soggy offering on this visit did nothing to change my opinion. The building surrounds were really messy with litter all over the place. The car parking slots are directly under some high tension wires adding to the overall negativity (pun intended) of the experience.
One of the worst coffees I've ever had. Breakfast was dry and tasteless. There's a Costa in the garage over the road. That's better and they're pretty terrible as it is.
During Covid19. Only one person actually working there but she did an amazing job! So friendly, very professional. On top of serving customers, she also had to empty the outside bins and litter pick the carpark. Top job, thank you!
Subway is part of the services including Burger King & Greggs. However, the Franchisee still keeps to Subway's standards. Although prices are slightly higher than a standard store, everything is still to the same high standards with generous fillings.
