This used to be excellent and we would travel miles to use it instead of going into Diss. However it has changed hands recently and the last meal we ordered was frankly awful. Greasy. Tasteless and overpriced. Portion size poor. Such a shame. We will never use again. You have been warned.

First time visiting this local Chinese takeaway, they were friendly, efficient, reasonable prices & food was delicious

Two years ago I said I’d never eat from here again and tonight I wish I’d kept to my decision. Was told now under different management and indeed the place looked a lot cleaner than the last time; however I don’t go to a takeaway to be impressed by the decor. Service was quick, courteous and efficient. The disappointment came when eating the “food” at home. Won’t waste anymore time detailing what was wrong with the two very simple dishes just to say they bore about as much resemblance to Chinese food as Keir Starmer resembles a competent Prime Minister.

Chinese from last night. Food was tasty. Staff friendly. Quite busy but not a long wait.

I have been using this chinese takeaway for 10+ years & it used to be one of the best when the previous lady was there. Since she left a few years ago, I have persisted with mediocre takeaways for a few years. Unfortunately, tonight will be the last. Ordered half a duck for Valentines night, more than half of the half was slimy & fatty (please see picture). Completely inedible. I would say that the chicken chow mein wasn't much better. For nearly £40 of my hard earned cash, i feel robbed. I did call to let them know how substandard it was, which was met with, ‘thank you for letting us know.’ I don’t like complaining about local, family ran businesses but I also wouldn’t want anyone wasting there money like I have tonight.

Sorry to write this, I’m not a serial complainer, but after the awful meal we had tonight I really feel I need to share. We have been using this take away for several years, at first we were more than happy with the service and quality of the food, but the last few times we have been disappointed to the point of saying we won’t return. However, Chopstick house is very close to where we live, it’s convenient so we keep returning hoping things have improved. Not the case I’m afraid. Tonight’s offering was as follows: Chicken balls, thick greasy batter and very dry chicken. Sweet & sour sauce lukewarm and gloopy. Crispy wantons, greasy, partly soggy and the filling was tough. BBQ sauce was awful, again lukewarm but with 1/4 inch of oil on top which I had to spoon off and the taste was weird, they’ve changed the recipe and now it’s nothing like bbq sauce should be. Dry spare ribs were ok My egg fried rice didn’t taste freshly made Chow mein acceptable but not great. The whole meal was just warm and had to be re-heated. At least this time the order was complete unlike last time when they forgot one of our main meals. Altogether a waste of money tonight, very disappointed. Sad to say we won’t be back again

Nice staff nice food nice blue chairs. I gobbled up all the food like a hungry pig. Genuinely the best Chinese I’ve had in ages.

Very good! Tasty food, Arrived fast and was hot and fresh. So much better than any other deliveries we’ve had that cover this postcode. A nice surprise.

Been using this Chinese for many years, but won’t be anymore. Had chicken, chips, peas and gravy. Wow, absolutely disgusting. Chicken was really dry, chips were horrible and the gravy looked like chocolate sauce. Shouldn’t be aloud to serve up rubbish food like this. Very disappointed.
