   Sadly I have to complain about the quality of food I have received on several occasions. This evening I telephoned an order in for Large Cod, Chips and Curry Sauce, the fish was cooked to order. When I got home, we served the meal up to find the fish was not thoroughly cooked, it was not that flaky, it was really wet and we could not eat it. That's a hell of a waste at £11.80! The chips and sauce were good, so at least we could eat. We have also had occasion to complain about the delivery service. On two occasions it was either cold or late. For a small town, the service should be better. This is it for me, I will not be returning, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and feel cheated!

   Tonight I visited and the Chips where undercooked to the point there still hard very disappointing and the curry sauce had lumps of powder in not what I would of expected from a chip shop

   Waited ages for the food - got it home & chicken nuggets were missing so my 10 year old didn’t get his dinner. Chips were greasy & soggy, but tasted ok slathered in ketchup. Tried to ring to let them know but phone just rang out to a pre-recorded message so couldn’t even let them know in person. Don’t bother - go to the chippy down the road instead

   Recently moved to the area and we have done the rounds and found this is the best fish and chips we have ever had. Largest cod is a massive meal. Done to order skin on or off. Extremely friendly and helpful and always worth a visit. Not the cheapest but you won't find better and huge portions make this very worth while at any cost.
