   Order for Downes. Absolutely gob smacked !! I stood and waited for my name to be called as I phoned it through before I left Attleborough. When I eventually got to the front of the enormous queue a rude young girl went to pick a pile of parcels that had been sat there for at least 10-15 minutes !! When I told her I didn't want them, she was so very rude to me half the shop was shocked with the way she talked back to me !! When my order was completed for the second time she bashed them down on the counter and said there that's your order, I then said I haven't paid and she didn't even realise. How very rude !! Please tell your staff it's the customers that pay your wages perhaps this particular child will learn some manners !!!

   Had a chip butty which I've never seen in a chip shop before. Actually a bread roll with loads of proper chips, so more than a butty. Plus a pickled egg. Fantastic value for money and absolutely loved it.

   Tastes nice but extortionate prices for the chips for actually how much you receive. If you ever order fish and chips, get them in separate boxes. £1.8 for 39 chips - rip off. Went again and got a large chips at £3.00 - no difference! Shameful! 24/06/2022 - Went again (family member wanted to) and it's noW £3.40 for large chips.......portions are getting less and less! AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Not worth your time or money! Overpriced for tiny portions - pictured below are two 'larges'. I have asked for salt and vinegar everytime I've been in which they never do. On this occasion I even double checked as the chips were being handed over, to which I was told they had but surprise surprise they were unseasoned when I opened them at home. This was the last straw, I don't understand why it is always so busy as I can safely say it is the most disappointing chippy I've ever been to. Would much rather go to Chips Away over the road!
