Lovely place great food really good choices on the menu. We were wanting an Indian and googled here. Highly recommend giving it a try. We had salmon and chicken special. Lovely flavours.
It was such a nice experience coming here! Service was exceptional- they were soooooo nice & accomodating!!!!!!! The food was 10/10 but overall, we would like to commend how the servers were so mice to us. Really does make a difference when dining in. Thank you!
Enjoyed our evening at Savoy Tandoori. We ate here during stormy conditions outside, so we were the only people here! The atmosphere was unusually quiet because of this. Our food was nice; ordered a vegetable biryani and a tikka chicken dansak with coconut rice and peshwari naan. Outside of the chicken tasting a bit too salty, the meal was really good. Service was welcoming upon arrival and attentive throughout — she’s a polite lady and made our quiet time here more pleasant. Would gladly return sometime in the future.
Passing through, on our way to Hemsby which we visit yearly, stopped for dinner. Absolute amazing Indian food, unique taste of herbs and spices. A very courteous waiter, wait between courses was “spot on” Chicken chaat was amazing along with the Saag, many thanks and will be back next year…
First time we had visited this restaurant since we moved to Yarmouth just over a year ago, and it won't be the last! We were greeted by such warm and friendly staff and made to feel most welcome, they took a genuine interest in making sure we had everything we needed, and the service was absolutely first class. The food was quite honestly the best Indian food we had ever had, perfectly cooked, presented and spiced, absolutely beautiful food, honestly cannot fault anything about it. The chef is clearly absolutely amazing! All in all the meal was an absolute delight, I have no hesitation at all in recommending Savoy Tandoori to anyone wanting a top class meal with fantastic service and at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff, and in particular Ships who was so helpful, kind and friendly. We will be back and will be recommending to others!
I had the Tandoori chicken and Sheekh kabab starters with a Kingfisher beer around 6pm on Sunday. The food was ok and the service was slow even in an empty restaurant.. Didn't like the fact that they charged £4.50 for papad which is usually complimentary in London?! Only thing I can write positively about was that the waiter/host Shipin was attentive
We were on a short break in Great Yarmouth and chose to eat our first meal here as it is halal. The food was so delicious and hot. The chips were overdone but this did not bother us. The price is very reasonable, coming from London where food is quite pricey. The service was brilliant and couldn't fault it. Thank you for a lovely experience, we would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. We would definitely come again if we go Great Yarmouth in the future.

Hi, it is so good that this restaurant opens at 5pm on a Saturday, because my husband and I had had a busy day and hadn't had lunch and thought it would be good to have a nice curry. That's what you get here an excellent meal. The service from Milan was friendly, efficient and so professional. (I had a phone call I had to take and they didn't disturb us, I was impressed). Our meal was delicious and I fully recommend this restaurant.
We eat at this restaurant last night 8/9/2021 what a brilliant little Indian restaurant. Atmosphere was lovely the staff were lovely friendly couldn't do enough for us, and the food was excellent. We didn't book up just turned up and were made welcome, This was our second time at this restaurant and it was just as good as the first time. If you want good quality Indian food give the Savoy a try you will not be disappointed.
