Ordered a delivery to north dock in Llanelli Food came and was wrong and missing an item which left a family member without food. Rang them up and all I had was rubbish saying they sent it back out but was no answer. Nonsense. Meal ruined. Donβt eat here simple. Customer service awful. Have the money I paid for no food. Itβs fine. Social media will know now how you treat your paying customers.

So disappointed.. went today for my husbands bithday meal... place was cold and uncomfortable. Some foods were cold. Chips had clearly been there a while. Rice was hard. Needed to wait for chicken tikka to be cooked. They did however cook fresh chips.. soft drinks only served. At the end of our meal we were told no card payments accepted, we then needed to drive to a cash machine. (Nothing was said prior to our meal). I will not be going back there...

Food was ten minutes late for collection and there was no front of house service. I had to go into the kitchen to let them know I was there and the poor chef looked confused as to why I was bothering them in the kitchen which is understandable. He probably expected front of house to help but there was no one there. Shashlik was overcooked, very black and burnt. It had one little slice of green pepper and one lonely small cap mushroom. The tomato in it was black as it was so burnt. The chips were not fresh. The saag was ok. I've had worse but nowhere near the usual standard of curry I expect. Vegetable rice was decent. I was a new customer and thought I'd give this place a go as mixed reviews. I can see why people complain about the service and the food just didn't amaze me enough to go back.

we have been here several times and the food has always been good and the price. Recently we went again 6 of us and we were charged Β£40 more than the menu price. when we queried this we were told the prices on the menu were out of date, and we need to pay up, we wont be going there again, very disappointed with them.

Excellent dine in experience. We really enjoyed our tailored meal. I recommend trying the special chicken chat / lamb tikka starter (not on menu). Butter chicken/ makhani ask for it to be slightly spiced and garlic cheese nan.

Ordered online at 6pm on a Saturday evening, was advised it would be delivered in half an hour. 1 hour later called to check on the progress to be told it would be at least half an hour again as they were waiting for the delivery driver. Said I would collect instead. Called to collect, demanded a refund of the delivery cost,and still waited half an hour for food. So finally sat down with food at about 7.45pm. Almost 2 hours after ordering! To top it off, food was overcooked, somewhat tasteless and the chips had definitely been reheated. Had many meals here in past, but no more. Was only 1 table in the restaurant too so weren't even busy. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Plenty of much nicer take aways in town.

Ordered a delivery for Sunday evening ..supposed to have been 45 mins...after a hour and a half still no food...after a telephone call they said it was out for delivery....which it was not.....food turned up after a 2 and a half wait....only for my chicken tikka to be rock hard and over cooked...my chips luke warm and hard and no salad ....think they forgot about us and then just chucked food out at us no love and attention put into it....had deliveries from them for years but sadly not Any more....

Great food but they massively overcharged us and because I'd had my first drink since my mum died Christmas Day, I didn't notice until we got back to the hotel (visiting family at the time). I've read quite a few reviews elsewhere that this has happened to them as well so it must be something they do, shame on them. Update: they have responded below to say "this is unlikely", so they call their customers liars too, very nice! I spoke to them after the event and pretty much got the same response "you are confused"! We know exactly what we ordered and checked our debit card details/bill against the menu which you can find online, it was out by quite a large amount. At the time they told us to come into the restaurant for a refund of the difference which as far as I'm concerned, admits fault, we live at the other end of the country so couldn't do this. In conclusion if you want to have nice food but pay twice the price as usual, then have them tell you you're a liar this is the place for you!
