Ordered a delivery on just eat, order never arrived, rang to ask where my food was and they lied saying someone cancelled it, told me that I would get a refund, then marked my food as delivered. No refund and no response to my repeated requests. No better than common thieves. Avoid like the plague.
What a shambles of a place!! 3 hours late and didn't even turn up in the end, every time we rung they said it was on its way, then all of a sudden on the last call the driver apparently hadn't even picked it up! Should of just told us the truth in the first place and I wouldn't of been as mad after 3 hours of waiting and been lied too. Waste of time and money, now we have to request the money back through just eat! Will never order from here again!!!
Appalling service - terrible experience all around. Ordered on Deliveroo, order expected delivery 18:45. Called at 19:00 and was told food would arrive in 30 mins. Called at 19:30, was told only a couple mins. Then they started ignoring my calls (I know because I called from a different number and they picked up immediately) - food ended up coming after 20:15. Will not be ordering again. Have made a complaint with Deliveroo. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I wouldn't order from here again so disappointed with my dishes both swimming in grease and not edible the only nice thing to come from my order were the spring rolls ordered rice and it didn't arrive!
My food arrived later than they had indicated but I forgive them because it was Friday night and they were busy and the delivery driver was lovely and the food was DELICIOUS! I could happily eat from here every day for the rest of my life. I love the way they let you choose your level of heat, too!
The spring rolls are amazing, freshly made so nice and crisp! I got the pad Thai Issarn (hot) style.. so much nicer than your usual mild pad Thai. Food is piping hot on arrival. Ordered from here twice so far and haven’t been disappointed. Will continue to order in future. Thank you!
We ordered a delivery via Deliveroo. The service was excellent as our food came on time and steaming hot. We purchased the red curry and spicy Singapore noodles which were very nice. However, the dish that really surprised us and made me write this review was the spring rolls! We ordered chicken spring rolls for starters and they were delicious - not soggy but freshly made. We would definitely recommend!
Please thicken your curries and add more veg! They're so thin and empty, it's like bits floating in greasy, watery sauce. Pad Thai tastes way too sweet & sour, gloopy and 'MSG-y'. Not how good Thai should be. Squid was nice but I'll definitely stick with Bangkok Express in future.
