   We were looking for somewhere to eat and just so happened to come across this little gem online and thought we’d give it a try. So pleased we did. Fantastic food. Freshly cooked using fresh ingredients. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be coming again. Eastbourne so desperately needs places like this. We really really enjoyed our meal. See you again soon!!

   As a vegan it's rare to have so many choices and we did! The food is so fresh and tasty. I don't like too spicy and my husband does but they had great options for us both. It's very authentic Mexican food and it exceeded my expectations as I have friends who love the food there. Really looking forward to going back!

   Fantastic food and a great price. Started with nachos and then a main each. Don’t be put off by the mains not coming with sides. They have sooo much food in them that you don’t need sides. The pulled pork was amazing. Only pointer was it wasn’t very busy so atmosphere could have been better But let’s all support the small businesses.

   El Changarro is a gem of a Mexican restaurant that I cannot recommend highly enough. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The steak tacos are simply outstanding, with tender, juicy meat wrapped in warm, fresh tortillas. The accompanying salsa and lime added a perfect balance of flavors that left me craving more. But the star of the show was their guacamole. Rich, creamy, and bursting with fresh cilantro and lime, it was the best I've ever had. I could have made a meal out of just the guacamole and chips! The service at El Changarro was top-notch, with Sam going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. What's more, El Changarro is dog-friendly, offering a "doggy taco" that our furry friend thoroughly enjoyed. This thoughtful touch is just one more reason to love this restaurant. In short, El Changarro is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for delicious Mexican food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to return!

   We had some mushroom burritos from El Changarro's street food van in Eastbourne today, and they were really really good - I'm excited to hear that a dine-in restaurant is opening soon in Old Town! Would love to see more vegan/vegetarian options as they expand.

   Lovely food made by a lovely bloke. Food was made fresh in front of us, and was absolutely delicious. Best thing about it all, was that this was genuinely authentic cuisine. Rare thing to find anywhere, let alone on the south coast!

   Delicious tasting authentic Mexican food. This is one of the best pop up restaurants I have been lucky enough to enjoy. The food is fresh and the menu is varied with a good choice of vegetarian and meat and fish. I enjoyed the prawn tacos which tasted great. Very fast friendly service with excellent quality and value. Highly recommend and very good value
