   Vegetable curry will be loaded with a frozen mix bag of British veg. Gross. Doesn't taste like a vindaloo at all. Poppadom was completely stale. Don't bother.

   Took over 1.5h for a simple order to arrive. Food came cold and soggy not including the fact that it was not what I wanted... Lady over the phone didn't care and done nothing to correct the mistake they did. 100% don't recomend

   I am writing to formally complain about a recent order I placed through Just Eat. I ordered a Chicken Korma with Naan for £13. Unfortunately, the food was completely inedible. The Chicken Korma was shockingly sweet, which is completely inappropriate for the dish and not how it’s traditionally prepared. I could not even finish it. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to raise the issue, I was met with rude and dismissive service. I expected at least an apology or an attempt to make things right, but was instead treated with complete disregard. I feel incredibly let down — both by the quality of the food and the customer service. £13 is not a small amount to waste on something I couldn’t even eat. I would appreciate a full refund and hope this matter is taken seriously. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint further.

   I rarely leave negative reviews but my experience with Al Badar Bedford was so appalling it cannot be ignored. The food was absolutely rank. The pizza dough was clearly old and stale and everything arrived stone cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. The customer service was equally poor. The staff were dismissive unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue or even offering an apology. I genuinely wouldn’t feed this food to my pets. It was filthy poorly prepared and felt unhygienic. I regret ordering from this place and strongly urge others to avoid it completely.

   Do not recommend this place for your own safety. Got food poisoning.Thought I might be just unlucky, but apparently if you scroll through reviews you will find similar cases.

   The owners should be ashamed of the food they are serving at Albadars Bedford, i received the worse Donor and chicken kebab I have ever had, I actually binned both after I was unable to get back in contact with the take away. Don't waste your money.

   Absolutely disgusting! The chicken was tasted like it had been sitting there for two days the chips were raw and donor meat didn’t look like it has been shown any heat what so ever… I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. steer we’ll clear
