   Ordering was easy online. Delivery was fast in under 30 minutes. Food was ok tasting, not bad, definitely not great. They forgot a side of chips, when i rung for refund on this i couldnt understand a word he said and i hung up aftef the 3rd time trying to make it out (something like "jtghdrhtgfdgdgdmanagerfyjfcdgfd"). Overall ok, but wont be rushing to order again.

   The customer service from Asya was amazing and the burger was Juicy a patty, fresh toppings, and a soft bun that held everything together perfectly. Full of flavor, no wait, and absolutely worth ordering again.

   Worst experience ever, all I wanted was a simple Doner Kebab, 25 mins later still waiting, then wrong item served, after much arguing was given a refund, and NO food. Can I please suggest they employ staff with at least a basic understanding of English.

   Unbelievable. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a takeaway. I placed an order late at night waited patiently only to be told that I supposedly called to cancel it. Total nonsense. I never made that call, and they just flat-out lied. No food, no refund, and no apology. £30 gone, and all I got was attitude and silence. Reached out multiple times and got completely ignored. This place clearly couldn’t care less about its customers. Lazy, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere that actually cooks food and tells the truth.

   Ordered 2 pizzas. and 1 garlic bread PIZZA. The pizzas were awful, had no flavour and wasn’t what I had requested. Had mushrooms on even though mushrooms was not apart of the pizza and I didn’t request mushrooms, whole pizza just tasted of pure mushroom and had a horrible taste. the garlic bread was supposed to be a pizza but was just a cheap nasty looked like shop brought garlic bread, was thin had barley any garlic seasoning and was supposed to have cheese which it did not arrive with cheese. Really disappointed, would like to think a couple of pizzas and a garlic bread would be easy not to get wrong. Wouldn’t go here again definitely not worth the money.

   Would be no stars if possible, absolutely disgusting food, felt ill after eating from here. Half of the order was missing. The jacket potato was vile and swimming in mayo. My chikdrs Pizza was like cardboard , so the dinner went into the bin.

   First time ordering from here, and probably the last. Chips were disgusting, the polystyrene box possibly had better flavour and easier to digest. Kebab meat was like warm and tasteless. Chilli sauce was bland. Chicken kebab was however nicely burnt and really moist. Delivery time was pretty good and driver polite

   Just received a delivery from Kebab Express. Had ordered from there before and enjoyed the food, however they got the order wrong this time. We asked the delivery driver what had happened and he was rude. After this we phoned the restaurant to query and was treated awfully. After being passed to a gentleman I was verbally abused and basically told to f off. I will never order from them again and encourage others to think twice. Awful way to treat customers. Dreadful!!!!!

   I've never had trouble when ordering from here. It's my go to place as I normally finish work late. The food is very reasonably priced and the staff are as friendly as I've ever dealt with. The delivery guy I normally get my order from is so friendly and polite couldn't fault this place at all from placing the order upto and including receiving it they're the best I've ever ordered from. I'll be ordering tonight on the just eat app to continue my journey of culinary excellence.
