Excellent friendly service. The food was first class, hot and fresh ingredients. There is a very varied menu and portion sizes are just right. The dessert was lovely, not too sweet. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
Ban Thai are superb! Delicious beautiful fragrant food using quality ingredients.. such a brilliant place.. it’s rare to find places like this nowadays.. I can honestly say this is some of the best food I have ever eaten.. simply love the place been here many times and it’s always memorable
Another really lovely meal here. Great service and excellent food. Have never had anything here that isn't good, tasty, fresh. All left with very full bellies! Service is efficient and friendly. Always get excited about coming here to eat and never disappointed.
What an amazing restaurant we were delighted to find as we move to Cromer. Even without a booking we received a very warm welcome and were amazed it was nearly full on a Wednesday evening in early April. The food was absolutely amazing, portions were generous, prices very reasonable and the service outstanding. We will be seeing a lot of this lovely restaurant!
It's the second time we booked a table at Ban Thai, the first time I didn't take any pictures. The food, staff and service is at the highest level and it hasn't changed since our last visit. The food is amazingly delicious, served on hot plates and it is full of flavours. We recommend booking a table as the place is rather popular.
We were recommended Bann Thai by our hosts and they weren't wrong. The choice of food was extensive and when it arrived absolutely delicious and a very good price too. The serving staff were very friendly so a great experience all round. Will definitely be back the next time we're in Cromer
Very nice Thai food. We had it to takeaway, was ready in a reasonable time frame and very tasty. We ordered a main (Red Beef Curry), two sides (Ribs & Tempura Veg) and a rice which was plenty for us. Only regret is that we didn’t go back for another before leaving Cromer!
Brilliant staff - accommodate dietry requirements without a fuss and are friendly and attentive. Very tasty food and good portion sizes. Recommended for gluten free as well as vegans.
First of all it was five star for the food. The problem I had was that we were shown to our table at the back of the restaurant with no windows. It was really off putting as the light was not very good and the walls needed plastering. I would certainly go again as the food and prices were good. Would not eat in the back room again.
We decided to eat here on the spur of the moment early on a Friday evening. Though normally very busy they were able to fit us in. So glad they did. We had a Pad Thai and it was possibly the best we've eaten. Service was prompt and polite. Although no specific "Free From" menu, they do have a list of all allergens used in each dish, so those who require Gluten Free, Dairly Free or Vegan, can make informed decisions. If you're in Cromer you should try it!
