   Don't waste your time. Placed an order at 19:30 with a delivery time of 20:25 - 20:45. Calls to the restaurant gone 21:00 food is on its way. 23:00 they tried to deliver. There response well we're busy! AVOID.

   Was on the way back from a gig and needed some food. I went for double cheeseburger chips and chicken was very good hot and tast. Service was good and helpful. I will come again soon. Good times.

   Very nice place came here first time with my friend it was very good. The chips were good and the wings were good and big size. It is a good portion of food that will fill you up. For £3.50 chips 4 wings and a drink. I recommend this place worth a try.

   I had orderd fries it took him 15 mins just to make fries and the man was eating his food whiles making other peoples food and without washing his hands when I received the fries I told him it’s cold and soggy he did nothing about it I took a taste and it was absolutely disgusting the oil was old and I asked him for a refund he told me go get out and not come back again

   -I will give 4 stars to food. Only because of food Variety. Wow your menu is expansive. -3.5 - nice, quaint, average but good. -Came here for a really small quick bite -Bought 3 spicy wings for £1.80. Nice and fine. Will come back for more in depth one day ;). Edit for May 2024: I got the meal box of fries, drink, and 7+ chicken I believe. For around £6.99. The fries were basic, drink was good, but chicken was really basic. I mean 5/10. I was expecting more taste or at least a bit of spice. But it was really basic which surprised me. I thought it was better.

   Absolutely disgusted with the service we had on the 16th Jan food took 2 hrs to get to us we ordered through the shop by telephone Food delivered was freezing cold 2 hrs later I rang to complain And was Informed my Order would be sent our again via a re delivery 11pm went to bed hungry no delivery of my food Called prime kabab on the 17th during the day and they apologised and said a Credit Note would be place on my telephone number £23.97 this can be used for my next order I called yesterday 3rd feb to place my order using my credit note bearing in mind this had been taken out of my bank account on the 16th January I was informed that I had to speak with the day manager as he sorted this out and to call him today on the 4th February I called and was informed that the manager was not in but the owner would be in after 5pm Tonight I waited and called The manager who spoke with me was the manager who told me to call the day manager He was highly verbally abusive over the telephone told me not to call them Again I stated to him that they had Charged me money for food that was not fit To eat As Ordered two hours previously I was informed That I would have a credit note I said I was informed That the owner would be in today after 5 pm and he just shouted at me and told me to never call them again and the owner was not in I would like to put a resolution to this as we have used prime kababs for years and feel frustrated that the a member of staff (manager) can treat a continuous customer in this abusive manor I would like the owner to call me

   Replay to Google_ Chrome19 unfortunately for me, I'm the delivery driver.  the truth is different.  my duty is to ask the name of the person who ordered.  for safety reasons to make sure correct person gets there order and policy company.  your reaction was insisting that I give you the food on the grounds that it is the house with your number.  I asked again who ordered.  The answer was "probably ex-husband".  I asked what his name was, and the answer was "I don't know".  and about the delivered food, I handed you 3 packages that you took without any problem, and after 5 seconds arguing with me, you dropped 1 package.  this has nothing to do with me.  If you think it was unfair for you to do my duty as a delivery, why don't you say about how you threatened that I will have an accident next time.

   Feel abused. Driver threw food at the door when delivering. Kids slept without food as owner took sides with his driver and would not refund. Terrible service. They don't know how to run a customer focused takeaway. Really BAD SERVICE. THEY SHOULDNT BE RUNNING A BUSINESS...
