Fabulous night out for my birthday. Food was wonderful, staff were polite and courteous and company was outstanding.
First time going to the branch of Frankie & Benny's and they exceeded all expectations. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, honestly nothing was too much to ask. The food was also very good, tasty and fast. All round very good experience.
It's been a while since I last came to Frankie & Benny's and a due a review. We were invited by a friend to celebrate his wife's birthday and he chose here, in total there was 5 of us. Upon entry we were greeted well and shown to table, it was a quiet evening in the week. The waitress was very friendly with a little banter. We felt well cared for. We tried a variety of different starters, which were all very good and very large portions. I particularly liked the chicken wings and the garlic bread. Mains were very good, nice thick meaty burgers, the rack of ribs were good with plenty of meat on them. My pizza was ok, nothing amazing, I remember having pizza here before and thinking it was amazing so a little let down. The waitresses made sure our drink replaced when needed quickly. Even though we were quite full I had to have a desert to which I had the cheesecake and I can say it was worth every penny one of the best I've ever had. Others had differing deserts but all equally good. Also the general decor and cleanliness of the restaurant was good. And toilets were clean. Overall a good place for a celebration or even a small group. Prices are reasonable with special offers available. By my scale I would say 4.2* out of 5. Well worth a visit and would return especially for the cheesecake.
I have not been to a Frankie and Benny's for many years, but was happy to see it was as good as I remember. Food was great and the range was extensive. It was quite quiet in the restaurant when we went, so the atmosphere was not as bubbly as I expected. I am going to visit again soon looking forward to it.
Had a gorgeous meal here tonight. Had the new York chicken with ribs followed by the lime and strawberry frozen ice cake. Beautifully presented. The night made even better by our very attentive and cheerful waitress Lauren. We will definitely be back
Visited when first opened and food quality was not good, chicken over cooked,burnt starters.But on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised starters tasty ,mains good but would of liked more sauce, and a very nice dessert.Couple of glasses of merlot to compliment. Service was good and without fuss .For a national chain and what was paid would visit again.
It was ok. But expensive for what it was. Over £75 for 4 people two courses. I would not go again. It was daughter's birthday and she was keen. Good choice of grills, pizza and pasta I guess. Parking, and easy to get into. Booth seating.
