   We visited on Saturday, and while the restaurant was very busy and lively, that’s exactly what you’d expect from such a popular spot—especially with Christmas parties and people out enjoying themselves. It was loud, but that just added to the vibrant atmosphere. The food did take a little longer to arrive, which was completely anticipated given how busy it was, and it was well worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious, and the friendly service and hospitality were truly unmatched. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers great food and genuine hospitality, even on one of their busiest nights!

   First time ordering a delivery from Spice Lounge even though theyve been around for a while. They did not disappoint - everything 5 stars out of 5. Was easy to order online on their website, delivery was on time and polite, prices were very reasonable, food was tasty and surprisingly filling from what seemed like a small tub of masala and rice. Rushden is known for its great restaurant takeaways, and Spice Lounge has proven to be no exception. I look forward to ordering here again.

   Not sure what happened to this restaurant. We used them all the time, and it used to be brilliant. The last delivery we had was a Tikka Massala and a Butter Chicken, both quite thick sauces, yet ours was absolutely full of water. It looked as though they were running out of sauce and had tried to make it stretch by adding water. What was worse was the handling of the complaint, unprofessional, and argumentative staff on the phone. Will not be using this restaurant again, sadly. Such a shame as it was great to have a nice restaurant in our hometown. What was worse is that I was promised a call back by the manager to try to resolve the issue (I was expecting either a refund or a gesture of goodwill), but sadly, I was never contacted. This speaks volumes about how little they care about the customer or the quality of food they supply. The reply the business has made is a template, meaningless, exercise in trying to look as if they do care when their actions say otherwise.

   Lovely friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff really made our meal memorable. The food was quick and very tasty. Portion size was perfect and every dish was full of flavour. There was a meal deal when we visited which was good value although not everything on the menu was included.

   The food is very good. So are the cocktails! The only downside is that our local Indian takeaway is fantastic and so it's easier and cheaper for us to go there. However we do enjoy eating at the spice lounge with family and friends. However you can not get in, in a wheelchair and if you wanted to go into the cocktail lounge you can't as is up some rather steep stairs.

   We had a lovely family meal here today and I decided to pre book. On arrival we were shown to a window table. The drinks and popadoms came quickly after been ordered. Sadly I only took a photo of my starter which was onion bajji as forgot to take one of my main. Service and food were above our expectation level and we would happily return again.

   Classy and comfortable Indian restaurant in historic Higham Ferrers. The food was perfectly spiced and very tasty (I had Garlic Chicken) and the fresh and moist naan bread possibly the best I've ever experienced. The restaurant is spacious and air-conditioned and the staff helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, I will be back...
