   VERY POOR service Friday 7th. I placed an order at 17h45, by phone, for a Chinese meal to value of £45, and was told it would be 1.5hours. I went there at 19h15. Next to me was a chap who had ordered and paid in person at 17h30. He was told to wait. The owner was trying to convince another customer that she was complaining for no reason, and her dissatisfaction was unfounded. I was told they couldn't find my order. Then they discovered it had fallen in behind the fridge with another order??? And they hadn't started my order. I thus cancelled my Chinese order and enquired about fish and chips, and was told it would be 20 to 40 minutes. I assumed 40 minutes more likely. I cancelled that too and left. Probably won't return. Along with the other people who were disappointed.

   I ordered food here and the chicken was undercooked. It was visibly pink inside, and I took pictures. When I brought the food back, the staff insisted it was “just the sauce” and refused to acknowledge the issue. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and did not feel heard. Undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, and I hope the restaurant takes better care in food preparation and customer service. my suggestion is do not order the Sweet sour Chicken Balls!

   In our opinion, one of the best Chinese take aways we have had in Bedford. Big portions, piping hot, fresh good tasting food. Also sells fish and chips but didn't try. Cash only.

   Menu online was quite hard to find & then read (had to get a photo off facebook which was a bit blurry) when i rang the guy on the phone was disinterested & barely answered me to the point i had to check multiple times that he was still there. When we came to collect it was the same attitude to the point he took our money & we werent even sure if he was coming back with the food. The food was smothered in a seasoning that was not listed on the menu & was EXTREMELY spicy which we were not aware of. The curry sauce was also very hot, which typically a chinese/fish & chip shop curry isnt. The chicken was dry & hard as were the spare ribs and other than the spice they smothered it in it didnt taste of much else.

   Great! They offer delivery, Kebab meat seems tinned or boiled, salad ok and I like the fact that you can add it yourself to the meal but very basic lettuce, onion and not much else. Didn't try the chips because although I paid for them they didn't arrive, phoned them as the delivery guy left and they said that they would send them. Never did get them so for the price of Chips and the two curry sauces we couldn't use I have deducted the star rating. Won't use again there is so much better.

   We had a large order for a party on Saturday lunchtime. Nothing was too much trouble and the food arrived on time, piping hot and really delicious. We ordered a variety of meals, from fish to pizzas and burgers, and all were perfectly cooked. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Can't wait to order from you again.
