   Ordered a few things which included a prawn noodle box, when it came it was upside down in the bag, I went to take it out and the bottom (which was supposed to be the top) of the small pizza box they were in collapsed and the noodles went all over the floor and my possessions. I rang the restaurant and they whatsapped me, they offered no apology and said barely anything about it. I sent them lots of pictures of the issue and asked for a replacement, I wanted something different for the same value as cleaning the food off the floor had completely put me off it. They sent a replacement of the same thing, I accepted it even though I no longer wanted to eat it, and Iv tried to give it a go but they’re not even nice.. they’re awful. The prawns are the tiniest prawns I have ever seen (you can barely even see them) and I could have made a much better meal at home. Will be going in the bin, that’s £7.50 wasted. All in all a terrible experience. Their milkshakes are good and chicken burgers aren’t bad but most of the time food is cold and reheated not fresh. I have started to be really disappointed and this was the final straw, will never order from Tiger Bite again. Don’t ignore the bad reviews and seriously don’t bother with the noodles, especially prawn. They’re just horrid

   I wish I could give 0 stars I order a waffle with extra sauce (which I paid 1£) for it and they sent me almost a plain waffle called to report the issue and was told that that’s how much you get when you pay for a extra sauce … a plain waffle literally the 2nd time I’m ordering from them and same problem. And plus they refused to give me my refund !!!!!! Paid 7.70£ for a waffle that I’m not gonna eat.

   Very disappointing service from the takeaway, ordered food worth over £30 only for it to come cold, wrong items, missing items and late. When I finally managed to get through I then had to wait another hour for the missing items, only for that to come cold too, for a fast food business it’s not a good excuse of been “busy” as a customer is paying for a service. To top It all off the deliver drive had the audacity to say if the garden area of the house has rats in it and didn’t want to step in, sorry to say but I didn’t know rats live in fallen leaves and a tree. People should be ashamed of them selves for even saying such things. DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING BACK

   I absolutely love this shop I order every week. I love the gourmet beef burger it’s so scrumptious one of the best burgers I’ve had in the uk. I’m not even over exaggerating. I haven’t really had anything else other than the pizza from the menu but the gourmet burgers are to die for. Highly recommend.

   Order quite regular and been a loyal customer for over 3 years but this occasion tonight the chips are rubbery like they’ve been re heated! And not very warm at all! And when I rang tiger bite they refused to rectify the problem considering my order was a total £35.50 the pizza was the only thing fine about the meal safe to say I shall not be ordering from here again….. total waste of money!
