Cracking chippie, but what stands out is the team, they are brilliant at what they do! You always have a great meal here.
Superb fish and chips - lovely batter and cooked to perfection (as I grew up in a chippy) Happy to drive over from W’boro to get our F&C fix!
Only went in here because the other chippy is closed, food quantities need looking into large kebab that could feed an 8 year old for almost a tenner thats a joke, chips still had peel on clearly someone couldn't be bothered, cannot wait for the other chippy to reopen wont be going here again, trash food at its most expensive with least quantity, go to the other chippy for better food.
No clue how this place keeps winning awards, it’s revolting. The chips were luke warm and raw. The doner meat was poor quality and extremely greasy plus the fish portion was more like a fish finger. I’d visited once before and the food was acceptable but it certainly is a 1 star now. Let’s not forget it’s also overly expensive. The staff also seemed to feel I was a nuisance for daring to come in and ask for food. It’s got a horrible vibe. Blue Fish Bar round the corner is a million times better. Go there.
Just won an award for best takeaway in Northamptonshire 2nd year in a row. Food is excellent and the staff sre lovely.

Went here once and wouldn’t come back the food was soggy and gave my little girl an upset stomach she’s normally fine with food from the fish and chop shop down the road
FANTASTIC!! At the recent Transport Festival, we were very kindly brought a selection of goodies from Raunds Fish Bar, Cod bites, Mozzarella Balls and chips to die for. The Beat Route Radio team ate well that day! Thank you for the great food, really appreciated it.
