   Everything socked in oil. Prawn crackers was yellow. The bags was reused from previous order as I don’t eat chips. But there was odd chips in the bottom of chicken balls packet. I’m So disappointed. Wish I read the reviews before. Never again.

   Delivery took nearly 3 hours. Despite several phone calls and being promised that it would arrive within x amount of time. Ordered at 5.40 and received food at 8.35. Even then half the food was luke warm. Avoid unless you want to wait that long for your dinner.

   I cant comment on the food as no food arrived. I ordered food at 1830 and still at 2030 no food. I called twice and was told its going out for delivery, this was at 1930. This is the worst customer service ive ever got from a restaurant. If i was you, stay well away, i wish i had of read the reveiws before i ordered!

   After moving to Rushden in the summer, finding a good Chinese takeaway was a must. We found Dragon City on the second attempt and the food is excellent. It is always delivered quickly and piping hot when it arrives. I am not a fan of sweet and sour chicken as a rule, but their way of dicing it into cubes, before deep frying and stirring through the sweet and sour is fantastic. The black bean sauce is rich, although I would like some more flavour of black bean, and the Chow Mein is delicious. I've tried around 7 or 8 takeaways around Wellingborough and Rushden and this is, in my opinion, pretty good.

   This if by far the worst Chinese I have ever had, sauces water thin and flavourless, meats questionable, We found 3 separate hairs in our food, the prawn toast had a distinctly off taste to them. £35 straight in the bin… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Food was cold, dishes were missing, little flavour, something listed as hot wasn't. Took over an hour from order to collection. Counter staff clearly not happy it was busy. Moaning constantly. Used to be a good takeaway not anymore. Looks tired both inside and out, even the counter screen is broken. 3/5 food standard rating speaks volumes. Sorry but you've lost a loyal customer.

   Shocking. Used dragon city many times and last few months got worse and worse. Gave benefit of doubt too many times now awful food tonight, half of meal not delivered what was delivered is luke warm and no meat hardly in dishes called and when asked to speak to management was informed no refund but would send missed items out in 45 mins .shocking !! Said we needed full refund to be told this couldn't happen !!! Lovely young girl on phone sorted the refund hopefully . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

   I bought a takeaway from here tonight due to the reviews left recommending the food. Portions are small and the shop is FILTHY. There was rubbish and empty cardboard boxes piled up next to the collection counter. Half the lights were not working and the walls were covered in cobwebs, dirt and grease. God only knows the state of the kitchen! Food was 5 out of 10. I would not go there again...
