   AVOID waited an hour for my small order curry and rice along with about 20 others while all they sent out were deliveries said they couldn’t give refund only credit note so I walked out. Wife had been picked up from a week in hospital and couldn’t wait any longer NB to be fair they have since been in contact offered a full refund and a complementary meal to replace the one ordered fully explained what went wrong and apologised don’t see that they could do much more so fair play thank you

   Grim experience tonight. Took an hour and a half to walk out of the door with our food from the point of ordering on the phone and collecting. I have never seen so many people waiting for a Chinese takeaway. One guy asked for his money back and was refused..so he just said "forget it" and walked out after waiting over an hour. When we got our food home some of the order was missing but we were so hungry we couldn't be arsed to go back. No apology. No explanation. We will never go back. Try Jasmine House instead. Food is nice and service is great. The food is actually good from Jade Garden but after waiting so long tonight, some food was missing, and the refusal to refund someone who had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time and the appalling customer service I would just not bother again. Fish and Chips anyone ?

   Just waited 2 hours for a takeaway, I know, why did we wait! But there was nowhere else open as we usually go to the Jasmine. I asked if there was a discount and was told a very sharp NO! But very sorry, very busy. People coming in or on phone orders were getting served before those who had ordered online I know this as I was someone who ordered online and went in 30mins after ordering as I was directed and saw/heard people doing just this, with both phoning in and physical orders. While we were waiting one man was offered credit after waiting over an 1 hour, he did cancel his food, but we were offered ony free prawn crackers!!! The food was soggy had to re-heat, it was tasteless swimming in oil, appreciate this was a busy time, but an apology and free prawn crackers are not good enough! Very poor will stick with the Jasmine in Fountain Court!

   This used to be a wonderful take away with great Chinese food. Since the change of staff, the food is, quite frankly, dreadful. The last meal we had all went in the green bin. Such a shame.

   This place used to be the best in Olney, now it’s gone downhill. Cash only in the shop, who doesn’t use contactless anymore??! Food was oily and had a generic taste to it. I don’t mind paying good money for quality food, but this just wasn’t. Such a shame. Won’t be going there again until management change again. I don’t eat prawn crackers, but to not have them given as complimentary like EVERY Chinese takeaway I’ve ever been to if also poor. If I could give ZERO stars then I would.

   Used to love this place but very disappointed with last order. Have to pay cash now (inconvenient). Half expected complimentary prawn crackers (spent nearly £50) but had to pay for them..... and then didn't even get them in the bag. Ordered egg fried rice but no evidence of any egg in the flavour or content of the rice. Won't be returning
