Some of the best peri peri chicken I’ve had in ages! I love hot spices but took it easy with mild last night and such a great flavourful food! Chips were great and crisp. Really excellent. Thank you guys!
Previous owners were amazing but new owners are horrific. Chicken undercooked, chips stale and twice in a row now they have forgotten sauces with the food. Told each time next time they will make it up to me. Not worth spending your money here, better to have cereal at night.
Ordered from here last night, as a takeaway, all i can say is absolutely stunning food, well prepared, we ordered the full party platter and the combo platter for one, flavours were amazing, fries were cooked to perfection, my only negative would be the salad box was too small to do 4 people, it was lovely and fresh but just not enough for everyone
Peri peri chicken so good it’ll bring you to your knees. Great guys who are open late, so when you’re thrown out the Rigger in the early hours, a delicious kebab still awaits.
Absolutely appalled at the service here . Went last night at 11.45pm . Waited in the car as was told they would bring the food out . At 1222am I went inside to ask for my order . I was told we have no chicken left and in a very angry abrupt manner . I told him your service is terrible and I’m a paying customer . Was told I don’t have to come here ever again and given £25 refund in cash . I’m from Manchester and was passing by from london . I always go to Newcastle kebab house up the road but they were having a shop re fit , so I came to roosters as I was starving !! Honestly I have never experienced such terrible attitude and I love eating out . I will never visit there again .
Me and my partner ordered the 12”pizza with garlic bread and a bottle of Pepsi meal, after waiting over an hour for it to arrive the driver turned up, waiting in his car for a further 5 minutes and then eventually hauled himself out the car with 2 pizzas none of them being what we ordered, no garlic bread and no bottle of Pepsi. It’s safe to say we won’t be ordering from here again.
Lovely place. Brilliant friendly staff. Gave us some kebab meat while we were waiting. You've got yourselves some new regulars. Food was delicious and great value for money
Ordered through uber, after 1 hour, phoned restaurant to see what was happening, they hadn't even started the order. They promised to sort it immediately and deliver. Rang again 50 minutes later, given some more excuses. Food hasn't turned up yet after another 20 minute wait. I will expect a full refund and will not be recommending or using this restaurant again.
DONT EVEN BOTHER! firstly they charged us for a milkshake we didn’t ask for and insisted we had it and payed and then we had to wait 60 mins in the takeaway as they kept lying and gaslighting us into saying it’s nothing been long. They refused a refund and were coughing onto the food also. Needs shutting down! Rude men
Absolutely appauling put an order in online paid on card after and hr n half i still didnt recieve my order rang them for them to tell me they would bring it they forgot cook it.. another 40min later at 12.40 in the morning and my food still hasnt come nor has it been cooked from the call i just had with them. Honestly wouldnt even bother ordering from here id say worse takeaway yet but youd have to recieve your food for even that.
