“Really good pizza and proper food value. We ordered a very large order a few weeks ago (17 pizzas) and they all arrived hot and prompt and no order errors! Today my husband and I ordered and they missed to bring my drink. When they phoned us to apologize we said it was fine but they insisted they would bring it out to us and they even brought us a complimentary dessert too. Really good service, our new fave takeout I think!”

“Another great meal! First one in the new location, a lot bigger but still has that welcoming feeling. Had the set menu which has a great choice, I asked for extra meat in my pasta dish and they happily obliged. The waiter who served us was so pleasant and attentive. Will ALWAYS recommend Robertos!”

“Ordered from here on a Tuesday night while on a short break in the area. We got the meal for two for £22 (I think), with two pizzas (we got margherita and pepperoni), cheesy garlic, six BBQ wings and two cans. Did this through the website - nice and easy. Before collecting I needed to add a pizza to the order so phoned up and was told it was two for one Tuesday so I got an extra vegetable and meat feast for £11. The staff in the shop were very friendly and polite, and all the food was great. Pizzas were generously topped and the bases nice and crispy. Highly recommend.”

“Tried Caprinos for the first time ever and i was blown away by the quality of the pizza. So many option to choose from i felt a bit spoiled . The pizza was amazing great crust, steaming hot on arrival , by far one of the best pizza's i have had in a long time. The sides were also amazing. “I order from this Dominos every now and again. You can get everything from this dominos as you'd usually expect it. Pizzas always come hot. However! The customer service is top tier, some of the best I have recieved. When my delivery went a little bit wrong, the owner of this dominos did everything they could to amend the problem. Really going above and beyond what I had expected. I just wanted to say how much I really appreciated what they did for me, as I was having a really bad week. Thankyou!”

“I booked Jordy’s Pizza for a 60th birthday party that I held at my house. Jonjo set up and served from the back garden - set up and set down was very smooth, the service was excellent and the pizza was amazing! Jonjo was so friendly and responded to my emails very quickly which made the whole process stress free and straightforward. I’d highly recommend booking Jordy’s Pizza for a house/garden party!”

“Called them at circa 21.56 on a Sunday to check the closing time as the Internet suggested two different closing times. Turned out it wasn't what I was hoping for and they closed at 22.00. However, the chap asked how long I'd likely to be, which was 10 min or so. Absolutely no issues for them! I really really appreciate this type of service and trust (that I'd turn up). I work late on a Sunday and occasionally just want a takeaway and always miss the cut off point. I'm also aware of how British it is when we experience good or bad service to then go the whole hog. For example: The service staff were terrible, so that (in terms of a review) means the food is terrible. Likewise, The food was amazing but the service staff couldn't have been less interested if they tried, so 1 star this place grrrr. Make sense? However, genuinely, I really enjoyed my takeaway and this is a little hidden gem away from the usual on Mill St/ Sunderland St etc.”

There was a slight hiccup with the order and I was contacted and after a genuine apology it was soon rectified. From what I can gather it was the ladies first day, and considering that her customer service skills are wonderful she is a lovely asset to the shop.”

Driver made me aware straight away, apologised and said to keep the food and he would be back asap with my order freshly cooked. 15 minutes later he came back with my original order and the food was piping hot. “I ordered a pizza a few days ago and got to chatting with a lovely young lad called James at the door, it was brought up in conversation that i needed a kidney transplant urgently. James handed me the pizza and told me he had one more thing to give me, he then proceeded to rip out one of his own kidneys and surgically implanted it in me. He told me he’d love to stay and talk over a slice but had to get back to the shop in under 25 minutes so his manager didn’t shout at him. 100/10 customer service absolutely went above and beyond”

“Very helpful staff I ordered a pizza for the first time in 3 years and there wasn’t an option to add vegan cheese so I ordered and called them and they where happy to replace the regular cheese with vegan as I have a severe milk allergy and the pizza was amazing best I’ve had in a very long time thank you so much :) I will definitely be ordering again in the future!”
