   Called them at circa 21.56 on a Sunday to check the closing time as the Internet suggested two different closing times. Turned out it wasn't what I was hoping for and they closed at 22.00. However, the chap asked how long I'd likely to be, which was 10 min or so. Absolutely no issues for them! I really really appreciate this type of service and trust (that I'd turn up). I work late on a Sunday and occasionally just want a takeaway and always miss the cut off point. I'm also aware of how British it is when we experience good or bad service to then go the whole hog. For example: The service staff were terrible, so that (in terms of a review) means the food is terrible. Likewise, The food was amazing but the service staff couldn't have been less interested if they tried, so 1 star this place grrrr. Make sense? However, genuinely, I really enjoyed my takeaway and this is a little hidden gem away from the usual on Mill St/ Sunderland St etc.

   Had a order from these 3 week ago and got the cheese burger instead of a double chicken, had 7 orders paid cash since then fine. Made a order online 2 nights ago refused to serve me called me a weird man. And wouldn't refund, the third party app said they took the money's and won't release it. Disgusting takeaeay and frozen food

   Ordered last night and it’s been Absolutely spot on been I’ve been ordering here since early last year if not before normally stuck to the Double cheeseburger meal with a milkshake and I’m telling you now it’s all absolutely bomb and i mean it’s lush literally sometimes I pop in to the shop itself to be greeted friendly by the staff and a kind gentlemen who has always been friendly and now I think recognises me whenever I come in I fancied a change not long ago and he recommended the chicken wrap at first I thought it was a little pricey but when it came it’s was huge it was rammed with chicken lettuce onions and mayo and it was indescribable it looked good and it tasted absolutely spot on lush. Definitely worth the money. The chips are okay I find mine to sometimes go cold or at least a little warm but always come hot when they arrive. Mind you probably my fault why their cold windows open etc takes the heat straight away. Number 1 place to order definitely getting another wrap soon. - Josh

   Ordered the food and was given an hour wait which was fine, but still took an hour and a half. When I called after around an hour and 10 minutes I was told it was currently in the oven, and to be fair they were apologetic. Pizza arrived and it had obviously been carried sideways as both pizzas were squashed to one end. The pizza itself wasn't great, i'm not entirely convinced they actually put tomato sauce on either of them. What we ended up with was greasy cheesy bread with toppings. Chips were alright though, and at least the food arrived hot. Won't be ordering again though i'm afraid.

   From the moment I walked in, I loved the overall energy and coziness of this place. Quality over quantity. Though the size of the order was satisfactory for the prices available. Great variety of food and especially food dressings. They taste better than I could’ve ever expected. I specifically recommend it with my whole dark soul that you get a milkshake of any kind. I almost gave up drinking after having one of them oreo creamy juicy milky... beverages. The staff was mad friendly too. One of the best places to eat in town.

   Been ordering here since Christmas time. The food is consistently amazing. Pizzas are perfect with plenty of fresh toppings. The burgers are juicy and flavoursome and the kebabs are mouth-wateringly tasty, very fresh with fresh crunchy salad. Chicken wings are Devine too. Again very fresh. Staff are cheerful and very friendly. I only ever order from Pizza Time. I’ve been to most takeaways and must say it has to be the best in Mac.
