    Ordered from here after seeing a review online, the best chip shop around apparently, not sure we ordered from the same place but we was not impressed. The batter on the cod was soggy, the battered sausage was really pale like it hadn’t been cooked before battering, 2 kids meals with a huge amount of chips, one portion is more than enough for 2 children. All the chip were awful, looked and tasted like they had been reheated from lunchtime or the previous night, all shrivelled and chewy. The only thing we all enjoyed was the battered mars bar but priced at over £3 it wasn’t the best. A real shame as it’s handy they deliver but will stick to raunds.

    We saw a Facebook video on this ranking it as the 'best fish & chips in Northamptonshire' so decided to give it a try but honestly it was FAR below expectations. Fish had a nice flavour but was horrendously greasy & the majority of the batter was soggy. Chips tasted like they were hours old, like eating literal cardboard. Tried to salvage them in the air fryer which helped a bit. Definitely not fresh. Girlfriend said the mushy peas were quite watery. Sausage was fine & the curry sauce was nice though. It's a real shame as the video made the food look really good, but ours didn't look even remotely similar. Don't know if they were just having an off day but first impressions mean we probably won't be back.

    Went in this evening to get some cod, chips and curry sauce for dinner. The service was 10/10 everyone we spoke to was really lovely and friendly, and my little one had a blast chatting away and waving to everyone. They really make an effort to make you feel welcome, and to have a chat. Fish was cooked to order and was still lovely and piping hot when I got home, chips were also hot and tasted really nice. Curry sauce was perfect in my opinion not too thick or too runny. Overall was a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend them and be ordering again in the near future. Well done on Best Fish and Chips in Northamptonshire and wish you all the best in the finals for Best in England.

    Ordered food from Georgia’s Fish and Chip Bar tonight. Food was spot on as always portions spot on not too big or small just perfect. We had it delivered the delivery gentleman was polite and food arrived still piping hot.

    Food was absolutely amazing- I had the the fish and chips which tasted like being by the seaside, fish was fresh. Five meals and we got 3 portions- one too many! Portions were more than enough, staff were friendly and now to convince my family to go here and travel 40 minutes all round ! Cannot recommend enough

    Have ordered on a number of occasions from here and normally would give them 10 out of ten but tonight food was just warm and the chips definitely had been pre heated.waste of money.

    So I placed order on Ubereats and straight away realised I had made a mistake called them literally 10 seconds after placing order to CANCEL so I could get my refund, called support and they said to me that they still made the order and delivered even though I called them straight away to cancel, stay away from these scammers

    The best fish and chip shop I’ve been to! The chips are so good and soft, I got a small chips and you could comfortably share the portion with 3 people and the fish cakes have so much flavour with a really nice breadcrumb! This will be my go too fish and chips from now on
