Lady who answers the phones refusing to cancel orders that have been over an hour waiting and no update. "i lose money if i cancel it and if you have to wait, i dont care". They really do not understand levels of customer service nor how their 3rd party providers work.
Hold the hair on my order. This place needs to shut down and close its door and call it day. Putting a negative name on subways name. Its embarrassing. Subway is a good place. Rushden hates subway. You can tell by the way they treat their customers and prepare their food

Ordered on the app but it wouldn't allow me to add the free churro. It was coming up with an error. So I spoke to the person on the till who rudely stated I'd already used the offer, which I had not. I explained it was showing error on the app and she then stated that because I'd only downloaded the app today so couldn't use the offer. This again is utter rubbish. We asked to speak to a manager to be told "they are not here at the moment" so we then asked who was in charge if the manager wasn't about, for her to whisper to her colleague and then this colleague to be the manager. Odd how she then whispered to another guy who I suspect was the actual manager but was too scared to speak with customers. She stated that they couldn't help. And handed me my order minus the churro. Having taken my order and left we realised that we were missing our cookies and the subs weren't prepared correctly. With items missing from one and another not even toasted. The staff in this store are extremely rude, unhelpful and liars who clearly have no interest in customers.
Meet was so lovely and took great care to ensure no cross contamination for my vegan meal. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to write one just for him because he was superb. Parking is a bit annoying though hence the 4 stars.
Ordered a salad. Halfway through my salad.....massive hair. Contacted deliveroo and they literally told me they will feed it back to them. Not good enough I'm afraid. They should at least wear hair nets and not expect people to pay money for food that have hair in. Honestly i won't order from here again
Perfect as always. Sammy I think her name is has been there for yrs, always offers a perfect service. Food always done on point. Beat subway I've been to. Great work guys.
It's hard to be disappointed with a subway, this branch was normal quality. Good amount of salad but the mayonnaise bottle releases a lot of sauce at once so you might get more mayo than you (and the employee) expected on your sub! My bread was perfectly toasted as usual, nachos + chicken bites were pretty good too
I keep finding hair in my food.. The first time it was in my tuna sub so I let it go awhile before I tried again and everything seemed fine but then I found A LOT of hair baked into my cookie.
