   Awful experience from a young girl that works in there! Did not acknowledge my request at all and completely ignored me as a paying customer. Her attitude was horrible and unfriendly. The food is lovely, too bad the attitude doesnt match!!!!

   Shocking!!!! Will NEVER order from this place again! Waited nearly 2 hours for the food to be delivered. They charge £10 for a portion of curried boneless chicken, which comes in the smallest takeaway dish available and fills a cereal bowl just over 3/4 of the way. The Jerk Chicken is NOT Jerk chicken atall, it has no heat or spice, just full of seasoning! Extremely disappointed customers!!!! And this is not the first bad experience with this restaurant! Last time we made an order with them for over £50, again waited just over an hour and a half for it and when it arrived and driver had left, we realised a whole meal was missing. We rang up to ask for it to be sent but was told that they were closing now and would sort out a refund tomorrow!!!! We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again this evening.....what a big mistake!!!!! We have definitely learned our lesson this time. You could not pay me to order from this place again! Anyone who gives them 5 stars clearly does not know authentic carribean food.
