   It was my first time calling this takeaway shop the staff were lovely at first but then after that there were altercations the staff were so rude he started swearing and yelling down at the phone. I tried to show my deepest sympathy and I apologised but yet he wasn’t having any of it. When it comes to customer service you’re meant to deal with it in a professional manner way. I will not be ordering from this place again unless they change the call handler with a more professional approach. Although the food was very lovely and tasty I highly recommend trying the quarter pounder. Thank you Cambridge grill!

   Simply the best lamb sheesh kebab, and chicken doner is epic. The cabbage is gorgeous and I'd love to know where they get their tomatoes - they are so juicy and ripe. Always friendly service too.

   Used to order food at least once a week from this restaurant but price hikes and food quality has reduced the amount we order significantly. Delivery time was less than 15 minutes which is about the only positive, then again, it also explains why the chips were not cooked and the burger was just slop in a bun! Do yourself a favor, don't get food from this place!

   This was one of the worst fast food we've ever had. The lamb chops were burned, hard, had a horrible taste (I had to spit the food out of my mouth)...waste of our good money. And the mixed kebab was nice and hot BUT didn't taste great. The salad wasn't dressed nicely either, usually Turkish salads are quite tasty but this was not the one. They also forgot to add the sauce on the chops/chips meal. And, I selected for my bread to be separated but they also didn't do that. Really disappointed and won't be ordering from this place again.

   I ordered kebab and requested no onions , received my order and there was onions on it so contacted Cambridge Grill , they told me that they where very busy and asked what i want in very rude voice , also told me that they can send me one more kebab out after more than one hour and give old one back instead of offering just salad , already waited one hour so will not wait another hour or more . The women on phone need to learn how to speak with people as she was very rude , can just say you have lost loyal customer , will not order from there anymore .
