   Swedish Kitchen in Wellingborough and Rushden is my go-to for a hearty Swedish meal. The Meatball Plate is my favorite with its tender meatballs, perfect crinkle-cut chips, and that unique beetroot salad-type relish—I've been trying to recreate it at home, it's so good! My wife enjoyed the hotdog, and the burger on a previous visit didn't disappoint. However, it's the meatball plate I keep coming back to. Run by the Swedish-born Henrik, his expertise in professional kitchens is evident in every bite. The staff is friendly and attentive, always happy to fulfill a request for extra gravy, which by the way, my kids can’t get enough of! A warm, flavorful experience every time, and we can't wait for our next visit. The Swedish Kitchen is a culinary gem in the locality. Skål to that!
