   Good food, but recently something very dodgy... Can't pay by card in their app whilst protecting your privacy online with a VPN... Screams dodgy to me so unfortunately that's this establishment onto a blacklist of "no go takeaways"

   Ordered a large lamb shish kebab and it was a letdown. The portion was tiny, the lamb was dry and cut into little cubes instead of proper slices, and they even gave me a pita instead of the chips I ordered. For the price, it felt like a complete waste.    £9.50 for a dried up pitta and a couple of lumps of meat. Disappointed? That’s the understatement of the year. Do not waste your time or money on this shonky establishment. I feel totally robbed. Yours Hungry and disappointed of Northamptonshire

   I have been a satisfied flames customer for a good few years but have to say the quality has taken a serious nosedive. My order tonight was for a birthday treat to my hubby..he does love a kebab. The price hike is understandable due to world events, and I have no quibble with that, but I would have expected a decent quality of food. The generous sized portion of chips were obvious reheats! The kebab size was generous, the chilli sauce was nice but sparse and the meat was tepid through and through. Huge disappointment, not the usual excellent quality.

   You’re lucky you’re getting 1 star! I don’t expect to place an order then get told it’s cancelled almost an hour later....I will not be ordering from here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More excuses for poor service
