   Had a really great time at Ock n Dough. Lily was our waitress and she was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on even though it was busy. Service was quick, she checked in at the right times, and made us feel really welcome. Lovely atmosphere, great service… would definitely come back, especially if Lily’s working!

   Took my niece for a meal. The food was very good, the staff friendly and helpful. I couldn't finish my steak sizzler meal the portion of chips was large but excellent value for money. Millie checked everything was OK. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Will be visiting again soon.

   Had such a great meal here! The food was super tasty and came out fresh and hot. Our waitress, Lily, was amazing — so polite, friendly, and really on top of things. She made us feel welcome and checked in just the right amount. It’s always nice when great food comes with great service. Thanks, Lily, for making our night so lovely!

   Came for a Sunday lunch today with our friends who hadn’t eaten here before, the meal was gorgeous and the portions are just right. We were served by Jade and she’s delightful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a good meal at a great price

   Came here for date night with my boyfriend! It’s been a while since i’ve been to a greene king so they’ve changed a few things re ordering and their menu. Somewhat difficult to order via the app as the wifi did not connect, and 4g in the area wasn’t tiptop. Really nice staff and we loved the food! Could hardly finish it though as today was #ozempic day for us… Nice toilets, the hand-dryer was closer to the urinal than the sink, which was rather odd!

   Ordered a jerk chicken and rib combo, expecting to have a bit of a kick and a good flavour to it. It tastes just like someone put cinnamon sugar all over it. There was barely any seasoning on it too. The rice was alright but there wasn't much of it. The picture in the menu showed lots of seasoning on the chicken and ribs, which had been cooked with it but I got a tiny little bit. The chicken was also very dry in some places, it was a bit like sand. I've had great meals from here in the past but this was a massive let down, especially for how much it cost. I knew it wasn't going to be authentic, but I expected a bit better than what I got.

   Only talking about today's experience for us. We ordered food at the bar (the man who served us was great) but as soon as I put my order in I was told the baby food on the menu wasn't available at all so had to opt for a kid's tomato pasta for my almost 7 month old. Food took almost an hour to come out but we were apologised to so that's OK. But considering how long it took we were really unhappy with how it came out. My mum ordered a Chicken New Yorker and the chips and peas were not cooked properly and the chicken was on the border of almost being undercooked. The tomato pasta that came out for my baby was also undercooked and too hard for her to eat. It also had almost no sauce on it so we couldnt even give her the sauce. We ordered mash with it but that was really dry so she struggled to eat that too. Mixed with the tiny bit of sauce on the pasta but unfortunately still hard to eat. I ordered the chicken tikka for myself which was cooked fine but was not very warm by the time I got it. I did eat it anyway though so couldn't complain about that.
