   I recently held a surprise baby shower for my daughter at The Hibiscus, and I just had to commend Cara, her team and the beautiful venue. The Hibiscus combined elegance with comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cara, the manager, was simply outstanding; she listened carefully and ensured every detail exceeded expectations with the help of her wonderful team. The afternoon tea was exquisite, beautifully presented and delicious, easily among the best I have experienced, and I have had a fair few. With superb quality food, attentive staff, and charming surroundings, I wholeheartedly recommend The Hibiscus, if you are considering celebrating any special occasion. It really is a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed. Special thanks to Cara (I couldn't have achieved this without her support) and to her wonderful team for making my daughter’s baby shower such a joy and memorable celebration. We all had the most fabulous time.

   Such a wonderful experience dining in the cellar, the food and service was exceptional, would definitely recommend the wine pairing as Hannah was super knowledgeable and we loved hearing about each wine. Incredible presentation throughout and we were looked after so beautifully for our anniversary. I was also really impressed by how well my dietary requirements were catered to - thank you!

   A hidden gem, right here in Delapare Abbey, Northampton. Found it by chance & so glad I did. Booked for 6:30 pm (finished @ 9:40pm). A relaxed dining of seven courses. Never rushed by the friendly, welcoming, professional, attentive staff. Words cannot fully describe the wonderful taste of every course. It's out of this world. Different flavours fuse together gracefully. It's a place where one will go for a special occasion, or even something different from the other corporate, franchise restaurants on the main streets.

   Absolutely incredible dining experience! My partner treated me to a lovely meal here, and I was blown away by the tastes of each meal. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and when each course was served they tell you exactly what is on your plate. There were various vegetarian selections for my partner, and they catered to this with no problem at all. The cheeseboard we had was a nice addition also. I would definitely like to return and try the wine menu along with the food, there's always next time!

   Overall, it was a good experience, the food was excellent and the service was attentive. As mentioned in other reviews, timings between courses are too slow. The food was worth the wait, but getting timings between courses snappier would elevate the overall experience. Delivering this whole experience in under 3 hours would make it exceptional. It took us a touch over 3 1/2 hours, and towards the end of the meal, it was clear serving staff wanted to go home.

   Lovely to be at the Abbey on an evening. Beautiful dining room, glamorous and stylish. Cool lofi ambiance with chilled music and a friendly warm atmosphere. Food and wine flight combo was sensational. Cooking skills displayed were fantastic, unexpected flavour combinations, plenty of textures and the Hibiscus Billini was magic. We loved it!

   A hidden gem in Northampton. If you like fine dining this place does not disappoint. With attentive and professional staff, amazing venue and food. The only problem was trying to find the entrance. We walked around the building a few times in poor lighting. Could do with better signage.

   Bit rushed service despite our request to slow it down (we were eating well after performance times), but we liked the food. Room could be laid out better with the tables close together in straight rows, but fortunately it was nearly empty.
