Food was was 1st class, very late delivery and no contact from the restaurant but I would definitely order again.
Ordered via uber eats and they cancelled the order because apparently we’re too far away. It was literally less than 10 minute drive! The woman on the phone couldn’t have cared less, she was very rude and said the driver had simply refused to drive to our house. I’ve ordered for delivery from them before, which was a big order, this was a smaller one so clearly they can’t be bothered on those ones. Wouldn’t bother with them to be honest.
This is a terrible restaurant. The person attending calls is too rude. The delivery time is awful. The worst place I've ever ordered from in Swansea!! Nothing is good about this restaurant neither the food nor the service!! Never gonna order from this place ever again!
Absolute horrendous service. I ordered about 19:45 hours and was expected to get my delivery by 20:35 for sure. I rang and checked out with them at 20:55 hrs to take an update. They said that the driver is on the way with the order. When asked for any compensation or partial refund for my time, she didn't understand appropriately and assumed I asked for cancellation. I got to know from her when I rang her back to get the update (half an hour later) and she told that I asked her to cancel my order back then. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend ordering from here.
Absolutely dreadful!! Ordered food at 19:50, by 21:15 rang to ask if there’s any update with delivery, was told half hour. Waited again another hour rang them back to be told it won’t be long. Food finally came at 22:35 almost 3 hours later which half the order was missing and not what we asked for (clearly they had forgotten) the food was absolutely disgusting looked like it had been sitting there for days and that is no over exaggeration both myself and my partner said by far that was the worst meal we have ever had, couldn’t eat it or look at it for that matter. Definitely be sticking to what we know in future.
Pancake roll does not look like a pancake roll at all.
Poor customer service and rude of the phone and when asked to bring it up the stairs cause I can’t walk to the main door they told me I had to do it as they don’t get paid enough to do what is asked as a company
Best chinese ive had in ages! Have ordered from here a few times now and will carry on to do so, food is lovely, always hot and reasonably priced. 10/10
Usually have food from here is really nice but the last twice there have been items missing so had to wait for those so I could actually eat my food then this week I went to eat my curry to find several hairs in it which is save to say put me right of and the food went in the bin won’t be ordering from here again
Shame there are no minus stars. The food here is disgusting! Singapore chow mein had hardly any taste except bbq sauce???? Curry sparse meat and flavourless and as for the crispy pancakes they were just a soggy mess of beansprouts!!!
