Had a chicken pita last night, followed by the cheesecake. About an hour later, felt hot and ill. Vomited twice and felt better after. Can't be sure it was the chicken, but highly suspect it was. Definitely never go there again.
Nandos is my favourite place to eat, always have a great meal and great service. However bit disappointed this time around with the portion size of my Sweet Potato Fries. Bare in mind that they say these are for 2 people and cost £4.95, usually double the amount here!
Dear Nando’s Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your Norwich Red Lion branch on 29/10/25. My family and I arrived well before closing time and were almost finished with our meal when staff prompted us 10 minutes before closing time. While we completely understand that the restaurant needs to close on time, the manner in which it was handled felt quite abrupt, almost as if we were being hurried out despite already preparing to leave. To make matters worse, it was a particularly cold night, and while a couple of us went to bring the car, which was parked about a five-minute walk away, staff wouldn’t even let the rest of us wait inside for them to return. We fully appreciate closing procedures, but a little understanding in that situation would have been greatly appreciated. I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. A bit more warmth and communication would have made a big difference. We really do enjoy Nando’s and hope this helps improve the experience for others in future.
Our recent visit to Nando’s Norwich was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, vibrant, and had a great energy. We ordered a Veggie Burger meal and a Chicken Sandwich meal, both of which were fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The Veggie Burger had a great texture and was packed with taste, while the Chicken Sandwich was juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also had a 1/4 Chicken with fries — the chicken was tender, well-marinated, and full of the signature Nando’s flavour we love, and the fries were crisp and delicious. The food was served promptly, and everything was presented nicely. Portion sizes were generous and good value for the price. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would highly recommend Nando’s Norwich to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal in a welcoming setting. We will definitely be returning!
First time going to Nando's yesterday and I enjoyed it. Service was quick, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I had the lemon & herb butterfly chicken, spicy rice and chips. Portion size was good too. Will definitely come back again
The manager on duty was very helpful and professional. I wasn’t loving how the chicken was cooked in the salad so she had it redone, and it was perfect! Very delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you!
Haven't been to a Nandos for ages, but popped in for Dinner a few weeks back and it was brilliant! The food was prepared perfectly and the sauces were flavoursome and had a great kick to it! Portion sizes were great and were coupled nicely with reasonable pricing. The service was swift and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Definitely the best Nando's atmosphere-wise and aesthetically sound. Definitely the best Nando's branch in Norwich. 5* would absolutely visit again!
Can get very busy. But has got a good seating capacity and friendly staff. Food is great a big fan of their sauces.
Fast and efficient service for a saturday night! Had the famous Fino Pitta medium, chicken was juicy and full of flavour. Highly recommend a visit here.
