“Most excellent! Service and food. First time visiting and exceeded our expectations, busy Saturday night and none of the staff seemed phased. Starter and mains prepared perfectly, sea bass amongst the best I’ve had size and taste wise. We’re new to the area and tried a fair few restaurants and Chicos is one of the best! Slightly put off by the large group of people out the front of the restaurant when we arrived, don’t know what they were doing there, but I guess they won’t always be there!”

“We went to this restaurant for a late lunch on a Wednesday in September. When we entered we were a bit dubious as there was no one else in the place. We need not have worried as the reception from James, who looked after us on our visit, was exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive. He talked us through the menu and made some fabulous recommendations for us. The meal was absolutely excellent and the portions were very generous. James was an excellent host and gave us some great tips for places to visit on our visit to Bury St Edmunds. Can't rate Amigos highly enough.”

“Our recent visit to Nando’s Norwich was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, vibrant, and had a great energy. We ordered a Veggie Burger meal and a Chicken Sandwich meal, both of which were fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The Veggie Burger had a great texture and was packed with taste, while the Chicken Sandwich was juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also had a 1/4 Chicken with fries — the chicken was tender, well-marinated, and full of the signature Nando’s flavour we love, and the fries were crisp and delicious. The food was served promptly, and everything was presented nicely. Portion sizes were generous and good value for the price. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would highly recommend Nando’s Norwich to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal in a welcoming setting. “My partner, a friend and I had a lovely meal here with nothing I can think to criticise. We really enjoyed the food and drinks, but best of all was probably our waitress Libby, who goes above and beyond to assure a positive customer experience. Service is friendly, attentive and fast. We didn’t have to ask for any extras or more drinks etc as these were offered to us frequently throughout our visit. Would highly recommend this restaurant for excellent service & food/drinks, as well as good value for money. Will definitely be back again soon!”

“Lovely decor, really well done out inside this place. The food was fantastic, we had a Groupon voucher for a 3 course meal and a drink for two that cost under £30. I had the skate and my partner had the lamb shank for our mains and couldn't fault it, really good value, way too much food for us and ended up taking desert home in a takeaway tub! The staff were friendly and helpful overall I would definitely recommend going here and will come back again soon.”

“The Fat Mexican Chicken Burger was incredibly flavourful. The crunchy chicken, jalapenos, tortilla chips and sauces combined perfectly without overpowering each other. “From the moment we entered the restaurant, staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant not only looks beautiful but was also such a wide variety of food. The salad bar is extensive and full of lovely Brazilian dishes! All of the meat is really good quality and staff are quick to come round with the next meat option. The rump steak, pork belly and minted lamp were firm favourites. Definitely worth the money and would definitely visit again!”

“Absolutely lush vegan Mexican food. We are nearby on holiday and couldn’t believe there was vegan takeout close by. We had the vegan burritos with bean chilli and kiddo had a (non vegan) super cheesy mac n cheese with garlic bread. All theee of us stuffed for under £40 with sides as well, and the fillings were amazing. I can be a really fussy eater and I finished the lot. Can’t speak for the non veggie food, but everything we had was amazing.”

“I went while on holiday October 2025. I chose it due to the fact it was rated highly by the locals. We were not disappointed. The roast dinners are fab. Good luck if you think you can get through the larger of the 2 choices. My wife had the small, and needed help. I had a burger and it was superb, texture and quality and flavour all out of this world. If we go to anywhere in Norfolk again we'll make this one of our treats for the week. Worth travelling to.”

“Popped in after seeing this place while on the train from Diss. Well laid out venue with inside and outside seating/bars. Picnic lager so refreshing and nice and mild strength-wise, ideal to quench the thirst on a hot day. Had a 'Norwich Niihau' pizza. For me, the best pizza I've ever had. Absolutely incredible. “Huge, huge portions, sadly had to leave about half the fries and husband helped with the ribs. Utterly delicious though! Can't comment on the atmosphere as we ate very early and only two other family groups arrived as we were finishing . The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful.
