Always have delivery and the drivers are nice and polite but have to say tonight’s driver was absolutely lovely, please pass this on to him, o and the food was great too as always
Used this place 4 yrs apart, as I'm from Ipswich and when I visit I order from here .....wow . Amazing food , my favourite Chinese, wish they delivered to Ipswich, never thought my favourite anything would be in Norfolk hahaha .. but great food, great service, quick delivery
Turned at 5.00pm on a Sunday, not too busy. The lady serving was extremely polite and friendly. Placed our order, she said 10 minutes, but it took less than that. We took it back to eat at our holiday cottage 7 miles away, absolutely delicious.
Usually ok food but they messed order up got pork balls instead of chicken .poor customer service refused to sort it out. Kitchen staff outside smoking lots .I'm put off now time for a better Chinese takeaway. Your service to what should be a valued customer was shocking.

Ordered Mixed Hors D'Oeuvres (For Two People) which included Satay Chicken on Skewers, Spare Ribs, Prawn Toast, Spring Rolls, Seaweed, Crispy Won Ton for £8.50 and Crispy Chilli Beef for £5.60. We also got free delivery and free prawn crackers. Good portions and tasty. Well packed and punctually delivered. Good service. But we found it to be too sweet. Even the crispy chilli beef was just sticky sweet. The seaweed was sweet instead of salty. Peanut sauce with chicken satay was pored on so someone who dont like nutty taste wont like it.
We have found this company wonderful serving brilliant food and giving great service. They deliver to us 5miles out of Dereham normally pretty quickly and if a delay is going to happen they will always tell us. They deal with my wife diet (allergy) needs. (" Although we have had one or 2 dishes where this was questionable") But generally we would suggest you try them. Really really good.
