“As part of my adventure to discover tasty foods around Cardiff, I stumbled across Vivo Amigo and I'm glad I did. After walking by and seeing a table full of mouthwatering food which was Instagram worthy, I decided to venture and for a lunchtime meal. Upon entering and admiring the decor in addition to the admiring the table full of colourful dishes, I was warmly greeted and shown to a table. I ordered the tandoori burrito which I was highly impressed by, not only the presentation but the amount of different flavours the dish had. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be returning after they have released their new menu in June.”

“Absolutely fantastic tacos! I had an amazing experience. I ordered the tacos, and they were absolutely delicious. Very fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were soft but warm to a good temperature, generous fillings, and the toppings added just the right amount of crunch. The server in the black shirt (her name badge said shai) was amazing. Greeted me with a sweet smile and charm, and she was very patient in explaining everything. Excellent customer service. I'm definitely coming back:)”

“What a fabulous find!! We were staying in Newport just for one night and were so glad for New Ole! We love tapas and this was excellent! The choices looks so delicious and the welcome was so welcome - we decided to leave it all up to the incredible chef! He did not disappoint!! “Went to Newport Market to try this place after seeing it on Hairy Bikers. After travelling over from Bristol and getting stuck in traffic for an hour I was doubting our decision, but it was definitely worth the trip. The Beef Taco was amazing and my partner loved the chicken one. Everything was so fresh, tasty and zingy. We will definitely be trying their smoke house next.”

“Had a lovely experience at Vivo Latino!! Came on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted so nicely by the owner, who made us some lovely margaritas and advised us on what to eat. Service was quick and food was yummy. The enchiladas and quesadillas were great!!! The churros were also crispy, fresh, and light as they should be. So happy with our meal. Worth the stop if you’re in the neighborhood!”

“They really do EPIC pizzas at Caprinos. This one I had is a 12 inch spicy beef, tandoori chicken, mushroom and Jalapeño pizza, with stuffed cheese and herbs crust. Very friendly staff working there. Highly recommend the white chocolate cookies for dessert as well.”
