   Had a brilliant meal at vivo amigo, The fusion concept is executed wonderfully! We started with the fish tacos- the fish was perfectly crispy and the spiced salsa was delicious. For mains, the tandoori chicken enchilada was a standout!, packed with flavour. The friendly service made for a great atmosphere. Its exceptional value for such fresh, inventive food We will definitely be back and are recommending it to all our friends!

   I love this place. Truly unique and varied menu, and excellent value in my opinion. The food is top notch. I had the beef madras burrito which was flavourful and different to anything I’ve had before. Can also recommend trying the fish taco starter which was delicious. The restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the service was very warm and friendly. We’re lucky to have a local business offer this kind of fusion food in Cardiff. Already looking forward to my next visit

   As part of my adventure to discover tasty foods around Cardiff, I stumbled across Vivo Amigo and I'm glad I did. After walking by and seeing a table full of mouthwatering food which was Instagram worthy, I decided to venture and for a lunchtime meal. Upon entering and admiring the decor in addition to the admiring the table full of colourful dishes, I was warmly greeted and shown to a table. I ordered the tandoori burrito which I was highly impressed by, not only the presentation but the amount of different flavours the dish had. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be returning after they have released their new menu in June.

   This is such a lovely little place! The food was delicious and SO reasonably priced that I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when the bill came. We had the Classic Nachos to start which came with the usual sauces, but the salsa was amazing. I had the Tandoori Chicken Burger for main and my boyfriend had the Roti Tacos - both were delicious. We finished off with the Mexican Delight which were equally tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something a little bit different!

   What a great place! interesting menu options. The Tacos and Enchiladas were delicious. Had great night here with a large group for a Christmas party. Service was excellent. really friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu!

   Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. After hearing amazing things about Vivo Amigos we definitely had to travel there to try it and I’d say it’s was better than expected. As someone who can’t deal with much spice I was slightly worried but the beef enchilada was to perfection, slight spice but nothing that would put me off my food. With every bite I enjoyed it more and more. The gentleman serving us was an absolute pleasure. He was so kind and catering to us and whilst running everything he made sure to check on us periodically. With how much we had ordered and the portion sizing it was definitely amazing value for money. We had a tapas board for starters and a main each and we were left with bullies full and hearts warmed. Will definitely be recommending to everyone and hopefully travelling back soon to try more.

   Mexico meets India, very good fusion food. Looking at the portion sizes, prices were on the higher side. Suggestion to restaurant: it would have been better if there was an option to customise the spice levels, dishes were not spicy at all for an Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant.

   Very impressed with the quality and choice of food. Topped off with excellent customer service. We had a really nice time would highly recommend. In the pictures are the pulled chicken Nacho mex starter, and rotisserie chicken for the mains. This restaurant is now probably one of my favourites in Cardiff, and I have tried many!
