I went to Chilli Flames on Monday 17th November 2025, and met this awesome man Atif and some amazing colleagues of his. Everything from the service to the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant was spot on. Especially the service. Food was in filling and big portions, great value for money! Definitely going back sometimes soon. Thank you Atif and team!
Extremely toxic I visited here with my friends but it's very disappointing. Really waste of money No customer service and nothing at all The prices are ridiculous as well and it Tastes terrible Will never recommend anyone
I’m writing this review while still at the restaurant. We ordered two Chicken Rice Boxes and one Flamin’ Trio. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The rice quality was quite poor, and there wasn’t enough chicken to go with it. Overall, the meals were not enjoyable and difficult to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on today’s experience.
We popped in for a quick meal never tried the place before we were extremely delighted and happy with everything the food and value were very great and very tasty freshly made generous serving lovely people working there and helpful definitely will go there again and again!
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Rude Service I ordered grilled chicken from this restaurant and what I received was incredibly underwhelming. The portion was poorly presented, with uneven cuts and excessive charring that affected the taste. When I called to raise my concerns, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. I was told this is “how it should arrive,” which felt like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a clear lies. I expect better quality and basic courtesy, especially when paying all this money for a meal. Will not be ordering from here again and I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
First time eating here, but food was nice. Having a chicken burger, nothing to complain.
Delicious grilled chicken burger and amazing wings. Definitely a recommend. The cashier was polite and the service was fast. The food was amazing for a chicken shop.
