Food was well tasty. Proper good stuff. Made quickly and seated just as fast. Was a light atmosphere but is in open area so anyone could see. Was aesthetically pleasing to me and was worth the price
A lovely lady called Paloma helped me decide what I might like. I'd never been here before, don't eat meat or fish and don't like my food to be very spicy. Faced with that, Paloma went through the options with immense patience, explaining what everything was and what might go with which. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was lovely. Top marks for quality and service.
First time here. Pretty disappointed if I’m honest. Over priced, lacking in flavour (ordered a loaded burrito which left me underwhelmed). Mex cheese fries were awful. Not sure what I expected but this wasn’t the one. As I write this, the chef is screaming from the kitchen to the servers as they laugh and joke with each other. Just very unprofessional and off putting. I feel kinda bad writing the review but they kinda asked for it. And I mean they literally asked me for a review. So they got one
Amazing service! Offered us deals and explained how best to order. The two staff member serving us (sorry I didn’t get your name! Both wearing glasses :)) were great and made the experience! Our food tastes soooo fresh and another member of staff was cleaning around. Great vibe in sitting in too despite being busy. Will definitely be back!
Your take out service has gone way downhill! Over £18 for a very tiny vegan naked bowl. Paid 3.40 for extra vegan chicken, didn't get it. Paid for extra feta, didn't get it. Contents leaked all over the bag because the lid wasn't secured.
Such friendly staff ! Nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Great food as always.
Really enjoyed the regular beef burrito I had on 17/12/2022 at Bar Burrito, St David's Centre, Cardiff. The restaurant was very busy, but the service was swift and very friendly. The burrito was very tasty and we could have shared it between two! Delicious and very filling.
My girlfriend is a coeliac so she often struggles to find things to eat when we are out. However, most of the menu is gluten free so she was really happy. The manager was really kind and patient with us when we took ages deciding what to have, and the food was delicious. Will definitely come here again.
The naked burrito is really filling and was super delicious. Could have been topped with a little more cheese though. But when topped with Naga Bhut Jolokia sauce, it made it super fiery and tasty!! Also, if you're a student and have UniDays installed, you can get your first burrito at £1
Came in at about 1750 on 07/04/22 The young man working (didn't catch his name) but was wearing glasses was very VERY helpful and informative. Made him aware of my partner's Avacado allergy (I know, seems silly to go to a mexican outlet) and we was very impressed how he and his colleagues ensured as little contamination as possible. They washed hands, changed gloves and wiped everything down for us. We got 2 loaded burritos, fries and a drink. Worth the money. Good atmosphere, chilled, good music at a good level of noise. The same young man (who deserves a promotion) was told to pass some Goodies to us by manager (thank you) cuz I made a remark at how nice the Chipotle Mayo was and they should sell it by the bottle. If they think we were head office mystery shopping them, we weren't but you got nothing to worry about. We WILL be back!!!!
