    I turned up with my son whilst we had family over and we both wanted to place an order to takeaway. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough in my account and whilst transferring more over, the owner served the man behind us, without even asking if my son and I were ordering together or separately. We were ordering separately, which made him the next customer, not the man who came in after us! He then disappeared behind a wall, before sticking his head round and saying he’d be 20/30 minutes. Needless to say we left. Customer Service very poor so didn’t get to try the food.

    Used to find them ok for the money. Last time I used them pizza was poor and cake was frozen. I complained and nothing. I recently forgot about this as I thought it was the other pizza chain and just ordered again. 15min later I have a call from Deliveroo saying they don’t deliver to my area which I know is false, as they did me and they did to my friend other week. I remember then it’s because of previous complaint they didn’t do anything about. Instead of trying to give a service they used to, they decline to give me anything. Should I just have accepted frozen cake and poor pizza when they are capable of better in past?

    Have always ordered from here but the after service from management after an issue was disgusting. Asked for extra information to support what was said then proceeded to block me!!! Shame really as had never had a fault until now. Have warned others too

    Prices are very reasonable, would definitely recommend the BBQ, Vegi supreme and Hawaian Pizzas, burgers are excellent as well especially the chicken burgers

    Best Pizza in Telford. A really good selection of toppings and decently priced. Their fries are also awesome.

    Order from here consistently, fast delivery and really good pizza. Incredible toppings as well as amazing stuffed crust, would recommend to anyone.
