   Over priced, the chow mein was weirdly "mushy". I love Chinese the next morning, but my chicken curry smelled like it was gone off by the morning so we binned it. Then, the following day, less than 48 hours later, the entire kitchen was absolutely stinking of that gone off chicken curry. So we knew something was wrong! It was probably reheated from a few days prior to us picking it up!!!

   We always order from China Kitchen and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious and full of flavor. Some reviews mention long wait times, and while sometimes there is a bit of a wait, it has never been longer than 30 minutes. We always order delivery, and in my opinion, it's absolutely worth the wait for such great food!

   Food is excellent, with generous portions, but we won't be going there again. Husband ordered by phone but was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time while other people who had come in afterwards ordered in the shop and were given their meals, and others collected orders. Was told they don't start making food until payment is received. They only take cash so there is no point in ordering by phone. Not the first time in this situation, being kept waiting while others who came after were served, so will go elsewhere in future.

   Chips much better than when I last had Chinese here. They were soft and tasty. We had egg fried rice, king prawn curry & a large spring roll, sweet n sour chicken with chicken rice and beef curry. All very tasty.

   There has been a Chinese takeaway on these premises for at least 30 years. The food is ok. The chicken in black bean sauce was excellent. The chips very good. The quantities were huge. The only downside was that the fried rice was bland. The night I was there it was very busy but orders were being processed promptly.

   Scandalous prices. 25 quid minimum order with 2 extra in delivery? What happened? I used to order here almost weekly before living with my partner elsewhere, never cost more than 15 to feed two, now I have to spend 27 minimum just to feed myself? Absolute joke.

   Have had a few bad experiences here but wanted to give our local Chinese takeaway another go. Sadly will be completely avoiding in the future as this has to be the icing on the cake. On New Years Eve with half an hour before the delivery is due when ordered through Just Eat the order was cancelled. No explanation. Thanks guys - trying to get a takeaway delivered last minute on NYE is impossible. So, with the fact they don’t take card (who doesn’t these days?!), chicken chow mein sauce is sweet (?!) and the sweet and sour balls are incredibly greasy, we are going to have to try a new Chinese takeaway in the future!

   The food was delicious. I didn't have to wait long for my order. Looks like they deliver locally. I parked just down the road. The weekend staff aren't very friendly. To me, a smile, a thank-you and see you soon make all the difference.
