   Had chicken curry special fried rice and salt pepper chips the chips were really salty and couldnt it the chicken curry cause the salt of the chips was making the curry so salty it was awful worse meal ive had from here in a year. Service was a 5 atmosphere 3 the price was 33.00 and couldnt eat the food due to the amount of salt used. Chicken balls and prawn toast were also full of salt think the chef had to much salt to use up at the end of shift and put it all on our meal. Thanks for ruining our meal and the cost was 33.00

   Absolute joke rang up ordered food ask to read back to me what my order was to make sure it was correct got there it was dead no one but me in there pick my order up get home and my chicken curry no veg turns out to be curry no chicken and all veg partner family member can’t eat onions and it’s full of them I ring up they try to tell me my whole family always moan when the only person that rings once in a blue moon is my partner then they have cheek to turn round and say what do you want us to do about no offer of exchanging it just met with attitude I’d stay well clear place has gone to the dogs

   Have been going to Lotus house for the past 30 years or so. Placed an order by phone. Food ready for collection in 10 mins. Was told the cost over the phone. Had to pay by cash. Food was extremely tasty, good value and I fully recommend the venu.
