    Grabbed the Zinger Drip Box Meal with corn on the cob and a Lipton peach – so good! The chicken was super crispy with just the right kick, corn was fresh, and the peach tea hit the spot. Definitely recommend!

    I’m really disappointed with KFC lately. Every single time I order, there are items missing from my order. It’s frustrating to pay for food I never receive. This has happened too often to be a mistake—KFC really needs to improve their order accuracy and check before sending out deliveries. I’m losing trust in ordering from them

    Becareful when ordering from here through just eat as it could leave you out of pocket & hungry. We ordered two meals for delivery, when the food turned up we discovered we only had one meal and it wasn't even what we ordered and it was stone cold, despite multiple attempts to contact them on every number we could find there was no answer. We contacted just eat who refunded the price of the food, but didnt refund the delivery charge, service charge , ect in all the experience was absolutely shocking.

    Dear KFC Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of the food I received from your Kingsthorpe, Northampton location. On my recent visit, I ordered two buckets of KFC wings, only to be served a product that was not just unsatisfactory, but completely unacceptable. The wings were burnt to the point of being beyond edible, with parts that were blackened from within. They also had a foul odor and tasted rotten. It was immediately clear that the food had not been properly cooked or stored. I attempted to raise my concern with the staff member at the counter, but their response was both unhelpful and rude. I was told that “this is what is received in the shop” and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This is simply not an acceptable response, especially when the product is clearly substandard and unsafe to eat. After taking a few bites, I felt physically unwell, which only compounded my frustration. I have attached pictures of the product for your reference, as they clearly show the burnt and spoiled condition of the wings. I am a regular KFC customer and have always enjoyed your food, but this experience has left me feeling disgusted and disrespected. I kindly request that you look into this matter, address the quality issues at this location, and provide me with a resolution for this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    The staff is so nice since they refurbished, but unfortunately as you enter the restaurant it smells like rats. The management should look into, you can't stay too long the the restaurant due the smell.

    Not very good service, was very keen on KFC but they kinda put me off. One week I had KFC I was sick with Gastritis because the chicken was that raw which I believe could've got food poisoning from and now yesterday evening ordered a Fillet Tower Box Meal and they missed the freaking fries! Attempted to ring the restaurant and they never answered, this is fraud and I would avoid these at all costs

    Ordered meal for delivery at 3:00pm. Estimated delivery 3:30pm. Finally arrived at 4:50pm with no apology or explanation. Food was stone cold, dry, and tough. Not a pleasant meal. Tried to phone to give shop chance to apologise or explain, couldn't get an answer. Clearly, there is no concern for quality or customer service. Sad to see a business take no pride in their product. Ought to add that it was ordered through diliveroo.KFC. Unsurprisingly, they apparently find themselves unable to take any responsibility for the work one employs them to do and appear to have no concern for the quality of service you pay for. The duty manager did not take my call or return it when I offered him/her the opportunity to apologise.

    Disinterested staff. Waited 5 mins for a wrap and was told couldnt use the toilet as it was "closed"... 45 mins before the branch closing time.

    Only popped in as we were running late and the kids needed something. Food wasn't the greatest, but the worst of all was the amount of youths in there smoking vapes unchallenged. Had to leave before food was finished before I said something to the youths in front of my kids.
