   We were looking for a place to eat on the way back from going to see the Christmas decorations in Milton Keynes shopping centre when we passed The Folly in Towcester. Both of us turned and said "that place looks nice". We turned around and were so pleased we did! We were given the only table left as they were full with people having their Christmas celebration dinners. We both ordered different meals and they were the best meals we have had out for a very, very long time. The staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to make you welcome. The pub / restaurant is an independent family run business. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. /

   The Folly was as good as Reviews say. We had Chicken and pork with excellent crackling. Good fresh seasonal veg including cabbage,kale carrots. The Choc panacotta was the largest ive ever had and was delicious. Dog friendly and staff were lovely. Highly recommended. Additionally we stayed overnight in a the very large car park! We will certainly look to overnight and stay here again.

   Decided to go for lunch and called The Folly who could accommodate two of us. Good choice. The food was fresh, warm and very tasty. The waitress was lovely, very friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere as there were quite a lot of tables booked. Fist visit but will definitely be back

   Did not disappoint! Delicious 10/10 Fish and Chips, which I totally recommend. We visited the Folly during the Bank Holiday. Plenty of parking, great atmosphere and lovely historical building.

   We were lucky enough to get a late lunch booking and we had a wonderful afternoon. A great , almost retro style dining experience , with fantastic service. The food was amazing - you can tell it was all freshly cooked. A lovely way to while away a Sunday afternoon

   First time visiting last weekend and we had the Sunday lunch; the Roast beef and vegetarian Wellington, with a side of cauliflower cheese. All of it was absolutely delicious, and the cauliflower cheese was the nicest I have ever tried! Not always easy to find somewhere that does a great veggie Sunday lunch option, but it really was amazing. Had the crumble and custard to finish, which we devoured! Service was warm, friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back.

   What a delight! Lovely little pub in traditional style, with gorgeous food offerings. Three courses at £27 (supplemented options available) - duck was beautifully cooked and wine also fabulous. Prompt service, easy booking system. Left very satisfied! Staff helpful, bubbly and friendly.

   Had a lovely lunch for 2 today. The food was delicious with only one minor issue, but that was quickly rectified. The service was prompt, the atmosphere relaxed and the staff were friendly. What more could you want? I would highly recommend the Folly Inn.

   Food was amazing! Best sticky toffee pudding I ever had. Service was excellent and the outdoor seating area was lovely! Will definitely come back. Quite nice to see how clean everything was, felt very safe.
