Ordered some gifts online and they all arrived really quickly, and beautifully wrapped. One item wasn’t available, but someone phoned me and offered a perfect alternative. Great service. Brilliant choice of products. Highly recommend.
the most fabulous and lovely shop with wonderfully decorated windows. it's a true pleasure to wander around and find little trinkets, accessories and cards to take home. the shop owner was also very kind and nice.
Rude staff, or at least one woman in particular who doesn't realise it's polite to acknowledge someone when they say hello to you at the till. Clearly hates her job and has never been taught anything about customer service. My recommendation: if you want a nice gift or cards, head opposite to In Between the Lines. The staff there are wonderful.
One of my favourite shops to visit when in Lewes. The stock is displayed beautifully and the colour of the clothing compliments the shop's interior. I brought several Christmas gifts, all of lovely quality and with a classic style. Having visited again in mid-January the stock was the same so I'm looking forward to a spring visit to see what's new!
Just received a lovely pair of woolen gloves and hat in fair isle pattern. Made in Scotland , beautiful. Love supporting British products. Great service and easy to speak to someone if you need. Highly recommend.
Just received my parcel from Closet and Botts - 24 hours after ordering. Beautifully wrapped and everything inside of high quality. I even had a little thank you card for my order from Katie- which was a lovely touch
Amazing shop with everything from quality denim dungarees (which I ended wearing out of the shop they were that cute!) to pretty calligraphy sets and candles and vintage knot jumpers. Perfect place to get your autumn goodies this year
Just have to say how delighted I am to have another parcel on the way from Closet & Botts. The customer service is second to none. Heather has been above and beyond helpful with the queries on my order, even sending photos to make sure it was right. Oh and the ‘stuff’ is always gorgeous!
