Thank you Dig for Victory for the dress of my dreams. I cannot fault you lovely ladies at all. My dress was made to measure including sleeves made from my mum's veil - not an easy task with the old fragile fabric. You made me feel like a princess and the trips mum and I took to Brighton to see you were so special for both of us.
Wonderful place, the clothes feel magical and very good quality and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! I tried on some wedding dresses and I was bowled over by the quality of the clothes and the kindness of the staff.
Their customer service is amazing, they're quick at replying, I also ordered my outfit in 3 different parts and they all came within a few days! I had so many comments about my dress, I couldn't not recommend this company, the dresses are beautiful and so well made! I truly felt like a princess for the day. My dress, belt and bolero were all from Dig for Victory and I adore every piece.
Ever since I moved to Brighton, I have always wanted a dress made by Dig for Victory - finally my dream came true! My experience with them was perfect - lovely, enthusiastic staff and a truly personalised experience. Their dresses are all so lovely that I struggled to choose! Everything is fully bespoke, so you will absolutely get exactly what you love. I opted for beautiful bishop sleeves and a lovely foresty lace. I went for the full circle skirt, and I'm so glad I did! The twirl on it was glorious, see the pictures! The fit was so perfect that it flattered by figure but still left me enough breathing space to sing a few numbers. The dress really is a work of art, and made me feel so regal on the day, yet so 'me'.
I had a really clear idea what I wanted and couldn't find it anywhere in the shops. Dig for Victory were able to make my dream dress a reality - I had a custom fabric and design and they worked really closely with me to get it perfect. I found Dig For Victory while looking at wedding dress options, and decided to go for the made to measure/bespoke service. I sent some initial enquiries and ideas and the team were really helpful in making suggestions and sharing ideas of their own. I had an initial consultation in person with my mum and my sister and had the chance to try on lots of different dresses and feel and see lots of different fabric options, as well as getting some expert advice on fit. After a few weeks of deliberations I decided exactly what I wanted and I visited again for measurements which were taken in a flash. A few months later, I came back to Brighton for a dress fitting and got to try on the finished product. I was slightly terrified, having never tried on the exact dress before, but I had nothing to fear as the dress was exactly as I had imagined - maybe even better! The fabrics we selected were perfect and so comfortable and the fit was impeccable (bar a very slight alteration needed on the shoulders). The final alterations were made and the dress was packaged up beautifully and posted to me within a week. My wedding dress was the most beautiful dress I've ever worn. I loved everything about it, the lightness, the swish, the delicate lace, it really made me feel every bit the beautiful bride and I'm only sad that I don't have the chance to wear it again in its current form any time soon (other than to twirl around our bedroom). The process of working with Dig For Victory was seamless and I felt in such safe hands with what was a big decision to make - the expertise, knowledge and skills were amazing and I'm so glad I decided to work with Dig For Victory on my dress!
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dig for Victory. I ordered the Emma dress made to order for my wedding this August. Before I placed the order, I purchased fabric samples, which Dig For Victory sent quickly. The staff was very responsive to my questions. My dress was finished and arrived exactly when it was expected to, even though I live in the Northeastern USA, so the dress had to cross an ocean. The dress fit perfectly when I tried it on. I didn’t even need any alterations. It was also very comfortable because the lace was soft and it fit so well. It was the perfect dress for my wedding and I felt like a fairy princess! I loved it so much, I bought a shorter dress from the “off the peg” section of their website that I changed into later into the reception for dancing. I recommend Dig for Victory to anyone looking for a unique or custom gown!
The dresses from here are amazing quality and so unique, I had the Sabrina dress for my city wedding and so many people stopped me in the street to talk about the dress. The thing that really sets them apart though is their customer service. My dress arrived about 3 weeks earlier than expected despite being ordered at short notice. I needed some extra fabric for alterations and also made a last minute change on the sash I wanted and Jayne couldn’t have been more helpful and quick at resolving everything. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
